Bought a pellet stove for our basement last fall (as we were finishing the basement) and we love it. Love the heat, look and keeps it cozy. The staff here is great, has great knowledge and always willing to help!

Great customer service.We upgraded our existing stove with a new Harmon XXV. The guys came over this morning and retro-fitted the new stove to existing piping. They were efficiently able to remove our original stove and install the new one in a little over 1 hour. Guys were here on time, efficient, friendly and concerned about doing a great job. The met and exceeded our expectations. The stove looks beautiful and we’re looking forward to many year of heating from our new stove. Thank you ESES. There is no other place we’d recommend as they always give perfect customer satisfaction. Thumbs up!!!

We love our new gas fireplace! Stop in at their beautiful showroom and talk to Kirk if you are considering a new or upgraded fireplace. We received excellent service from sales to installation! The installation team was quick and clean. This was the easiest upgrade weve made, our only regret is that we didnt do it years ago.

I went into the store a couple of weeks back and met with Preston. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the Green Mountain Grills. He owns one himself and was able to give me his first hand experience with the product. I purchased the Daniel Boone model and could not be happier with my purchase. I purchased the package and they assembled and did the initial burn in on the grill so that when I picked up the grill I was able to fire it up that day and grill! I was also back recently to pick up another bag of pellets and an upper rack and Chad was friendly and very helpful as well. Great Job from the staff at Earth Sense!

I made my purchase online, as I live in WA. This year we wanted to shop from small business only and here in the USA. I was so glad that I bought our new grill from them and not Amazon. What amazing customer service I had and the delivery was super fast. Diana helped me with a small issue, she was quick to resolve the problem. I just wish every company did business the way they do. Keep killing it guys, you will always have my business and I will for sure tell all of my friends and family to buy from you, if they are in the market for grills. ;)

I purchased a used Green Mountain Grill from a local individual, and I had a question with how long the grill took to warm up. So I called Earth Sense for some advice and the tech on staff was extremely helpful, understanding all my questions and issues I had with the grill and thanks to him I found out the racks inside grill even though the were warped were in wrong way. With that information I put them in right way and walla the grill did exactly what it should. I will from now on go to them for all my grilling needs, and my next Green Mountain Grill. Wife and I call this the Earth sense time warp. Seems every time we go it take forever to get anyone to acknowledge your existence. Then when you try to buy pellets its always a pellet shortage and rationing. There ok but if there were another place to buy bulk I would

We are happy with the stove and repair services. We arent happy with getting pellets. When we called early September we were told we wouldnt get pellets till the middle of October. When asked why it will take so long they said we should have ordered pellets in the spring and have it delivered during the summer. We would have had to find somewhere to store it.Then when we called today we were told we wont get them till December. The only reason we are getting pellets from there is the warranty would be void if we used other pellets.I recieved a response from the company within 2 business days explaining there was a shortage in pellets. I was put on the top of the list for delivery and the pellets were delivered November 12th. I am giving them 4 stars. I would give them 5 stars if I had been informed of the shortage with the second phone call since they must have known about the shortage then.

We recently had a new door and new windows installed in the lower level of our house. There wasnt a high pressure sales pitch. There were choices of prices and quality of windows for affordability. The installation crew really knew their stuff and and had suggestions on how they were going to proceed with replacing our old bay window. They completed the job in the time frame we scheduled.It has been almost a week now and we are very pleased . We hear a lot less noise from outside. The outside view of colors seem crisper and brighter, without the heat of the sun shining in. We cant wait until winter to see if they hold out the cold air as well. (Actually I CAN wait for winter to come! Summer can stay !)

I purchased a pellet stove (Lennox PS40) from the Green Bay location a month ago - dealt with Matt. He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. The company seems great, the installers were really good and Im a happy customer! I would highly recommend them for a pellet stove. And Id highly recommend using a pellet stove for affordable heating. Also, they have a great selection of pellets and once again, Matt is very knowledgeable.

Chad really did a great job working with us to find a Quadrafire fireplace. He listened to what it was that we were looking for and then worked very aggressively to get us to a price range that we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend any one in the fireplace market to take a serious look at Earth Sense while making your decision.

We bought a gas stove and had it installed in September. On October 24 I noticed my siding and trim and soffit was melting. Call Chad and left him a message he called me 2 days later and left me a message saying Michelle would give me a call to make arrangements to fix this problem. By November 1.I herd nothing. I called Michelle and left a message for her to call me to fix my problem on the 1st of November. I have not herd from her so on November 4 I call Chad to find out what is going on. He said he would call and talk to Michelle. Today is November 6. I have not herd from anyone. I have a new stove that I can not use. They are quick to sell a stove but if there is a problem they are not willing to fix the problem.
