Ask about a turn over rate ....any company with this few employees should not have a turn over rate like this....I think that says it all! Very money hungry and selfish only out for themselves. According to The New York Times, the National Labor Relations Act states that employers cant ban the discussion of salary and working conditions among employees. This is the last place I would recommend. The biggest mistake Ive taken in my 27 yrs working this by far is they worst place!
