I really like this place. Their tools are on par with their name brand competition for a fraction of the price. Just be careful as some of their other materials may be more expensive than big box stores. Just a matter of convenience at that point.Staff is generally very helpful. Ive frequented this place before and will continue to go back!

Great selection of all tools necessary for the home and my off-road.4x4 project. Wonderful to buy tools at a lower price than other name brands with a lifetime warranty. The staff was very polite and willing to help with any question I had.

Always helpful to find what I need in a hurry. I used to get my tools that I only need occasionally. There new line up and availability of accessories has made it my stop for ALL my tools.I use there tools everyday. Not just on the weekends.

Whats not to like about this place? Phenomenal warranties on just about everything in there. Are the tools the best of the best? No. Are the prices reasonable? Yes. So refreshing to go somewhere and not be blown away by how expensive everything is. The selection is great, you go in there and find stuff you didnt even know you needed. This is a common mans store.

Always have the basic tools but lots of specialty tools as well. Just remember you get what you pay for here they have the generic stuff but then they also have the quality stuff. I always walk out a few hundred dollars poorer

Customer service is extremely poor. I asked Meredith who was a cashier if she could go over the walkie-talkie and have someone help me. She said they dont have anyone to do that. I said I just need help finding this nut for my rear taillight because my dad said you guys have a large array of them. She rudely says, I cant help what your dad told you and turns away from me.Prices are good but if you dont know what youre looking for and dont have all day to look, go elsewhere. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere.

Its Harbor Freight Tools! It is like a shoe store for the ladies except its tools and most guys can spend more time than needed looking at all the tools for your wish list besides the one you came in looking for. They have such an assortment of less expensive tools that work really well for the weekend plumber, carpenter, mechanic or weekend enthusiast. I like Harbor Freight tools alot!

Looking on website said a security camera was in store, I couldnt find it on the shelf so I asked someone. He went and got the 1 I needed from the back, even opened it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted!

Harbour Frieght is my favorite store, sometimes I just go in to look around, today I purchased a 20 ton press to remove (hopefully) the lower ball joints in my 2007 Dodge Charger, I am an Inside Track Member so I got 25% off of the $199.99 price. Quite a savings. I have many tools from Harbour Freight. Are they as good as Snapon or Mac or any of the national brands?? No, but they work fine for me and are 1/4 the price.

I recently bought a few sets of the Icon line sockets at this harbor freight location. The tools were pretty reasonably priced especially with the on-going black friday sale I purchased them under.I decided to return one item of all the ones I purchased only because I found another product elsewhere that seemed to fit my needs better. The return went smoothly.I needed to do a bit more shopping afterwards and upon looking around, I noticed that the same tools I had recently purchased were on sale for an even better price. I still had my original purchase receipt on me and I was still within my return window and they let me have the exchange on the items with no hassle and they refunded me the difference of the new price saving me $80!!I didnt catch the name of the m.o.d. or the other cashier but shout out to Kathy and the other two for the great service!

The usual great deals are present. If you need assistance you may be in for a wait as staff is hard to find especially during high traffic hours. If you know how to use your coupons you can leave with a great deal.

I have bought many items from Harbor Freight over the years and have never had a problem with anything I have bought., plus I will say this also, the staff at the Green Bay store is one of the most knowledgeable staff and always helpful and very nice crew to deal with.I would recommend Harbor Freight to anyone looking for quality tools and a company who stands behind their product!

I called before going there and Didnt have what I needed but when I called they said they had 2 but they didnt then they said they only had display and wouldnt sell that dont know how they could have sold it 45 minutes before I got there wasnt happy I drove there then told me that the computer must be off

I dont know if I will go back. Coupon issues. They ask for your phone number first and my account came up. Could not get what I wanted. Stupid system in this day of electronics.

Service here is usually pretty slow but its not terrible, they usually only have 1 or 2 cashiers at a time and lots of customers. With Covid 19 there are lines on the floor but not that many people were following them sadly. Multiple occasions I had people standing directly behind me or next to me.

I would go to this store to look for tools first. Their tool selection is fantastic. Sockets, bits, wrenches, you name it and they have it. Tools are more than reasonably priced.HF also has a great selection of pneumatic tools, fittings, compressors, nails, etc.Their selection of power tools is also very impressive. Miter saws, drills, impact wrenches, etc. they have it!10 years ago I would probably look at HF tools as of lower quality, but not anymore.Overall, very good quality tools at a very reasonable price with a wide selection.

Great everyone kept 6 foot distance, and masks on got tools I wanted. Couldnt get any nitrile gloves oh well maybe next time.

They had the products I needed and at a fair price. But I had to wait 20 minutes for the cashiers to bill out 3 people in line before they could assist me. From what I overheard staff members saying, it sounded like there was another person there working the registers who couldnt be located.

Why is it so dimly lit? Kinda creepy, especially with people slinking around with masks on, eyeing you up as a potential covid-19 disease. Store selection was okay, but in slight disarray.

Prices are good but do your homework on-line on big ticket items. Reviews can help you figure out what are the good deals and what is just plain junk. The clerk that helped me tonight, Barbara, was excellent! She was friendly, efficient, and quickly knew how to best navigate through their many coupons.

Ive come to love shopping here for hardwares I need for various craft projects. The prices are phenomenal, but not everything there is top quality. My only complaint would be that the entire store smells like a gigantic rubber tire.

The staff there is always great and helpful. If you dont get there discount coupon magazine sent to you then you should look the coupon up online since they always have them and usually have a 20% off coupon on one item.Buyer beware the hand tools are usually great quality and some have life time warranty but if you are buying something else thats not a simple hand tool do yourself a favor and Google the review online. The air compressors (I tried 3 different styles through the years) are almost always real noise but work. But the extra warranty they offer because it has saved me often when a few burn out after only a few years.As long as you do your research and use coupons you can get good quality tools at a cheap price.

Cashier scanned then cancelled a coupon I gave her or the coupon didnt work she didnt say anything. She scanned it and then was fiddling with her computer. I noticed when I got home. I will be watching next time. Good prices however, when the coupons are honored.

Harbor Freight makes its money off of selling cheap tools with inferior design at low costs. If youre looking for a one-time-use tool, this is the place to go. The store is well managed and the staff is helpful, but dont be surprised if something you purchased breaks the first time you use it!
