Machine Services is incredible! Let me share my story! I took in a front axle shaft that had a bad universal joint. I arrived around 4:50pm and they close at 5:00pm. I expected to have to pick it up at least a day or so later. The man at the desk says ‘’are you willing to wait around?’’. I said ‘’don’t you guys close in 10 minutes?’’. He replies ‘’yes, we will have it done’’. I was shocked! 10 minutes later, a man from the back walks up with my rebuilt front axle shaft. These guys are amazing! They are quick and affordable! My truck was back up and running an hour later. I highly recommend these guys!

Sales reps are more secretive than helpful. When requesting a reorder part number from a previous PO, they wont provide the necessary information.

Brought them 2 shafts, was quoted a price, and told them to call us if there was going to be added cost, they did not and doing more work to the shafts and ended up being double the price they quoted. Wont bring anything else there again!

Pulled u joint out of my drive shaft put new one in that I brought and put new spring clips on other end to tighten it up. Half hour wait and a $5 bill was my cost! These guys are great! I Highly recomend them for drive shaft work/rebuild.

Had them make a new drive shaft for my 66 Chevelle . Told them the length and horsepower I would be running. Very pleased with quality and shocked on the short turn around. I would definitely go back for additional work. Guys are very easy to talk to and knowledgeable at counter.

We are at WIR with our race car. Bad vibration in drive train. Called up and asked if we could get our driveshaft balanced and yokes changed out. So we can race it tonight. That was at 11:55 a.m. got there at 12:20 with the driveshaft. They are doing it as I am writing. This is awesome and the best customer service I have ever seen. Mitch was nice and understood the situation and did a tremendous job. Thank you for getting us in 25 minutes after I called.

These guys did excellent work. Was looking for a universal joint for my pre 1970s Gravely lawnmower deck. They fixed me up. Couldnt find anything on the internet due to its age. They get an atta boy.

They did work on my driveshaft to address a vibration problem after the slip yoke was replaced. Put 1000 miles on the truck and the vibration came back. Took the dealer awhile to figure out the driveshaft was the problem. This whole ordeal cost me almost $10,000. Machine service fixed the drive shaft but does not take responsibility for any costs I incurred. Wont have anything sent to them ever again.😡

Was sent here by another shop, had a driveshaft issue. They took one look at it, and without me saying a word knew what my problem was. Theyll be building my needed new shaft, and Im telling everyone this is the place to go.
