Havent been with this family too long what started the great relationship by taking theyre riders academy course.... Which was phenomenal by the way all the instructors took their time make sure we are aware what the road conditions can be.... But this is more of a shout-out to the service area I came in last Friday to schedule an appointment for this morning on Wednesday November 3rd and they had me in and out and on my way with no problems was very impressed and how I was treated for being a newer rider.. and look forward so the events vandervest well be putting on.... thank you guys so much for making me feel like family

One of the most welcoming Harley-Davidson’s I been to! The building is unique, and this location has the capabilities to host large events (like weddings and stuff) the views around the building is super nice. The artwork sculptures around are also creative. Customer service is outstanding, and this Harley-Davidson has a welcoming community feel.

Paulie did a fantastic job helping me with my 2013 Street Glide. He answered my questions on the spot and was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable during all phases of the process. When I need to upgrade or add another bike to the garage, I will be headed back to see Paulie. Thank you again for all of your help! You are the man.

This is a little behind since we bought in July. These 2 guys made this process of purchasing a bike for myself and my wife. They were patient and extremely helpful. My credit union also thoroughly enjoyed working with Mike to make sure they had all the correct information. I would recommend this team to anybody!

Nice store and always friendly service. Not much a fan of Harley Davidson since the changes theyve made over the past several years with their motorcycles. Ill never purchase a motorcycle with ABS and fancy gadgets. I want actual throttle cables. I prefer simple and old school with minimal affordable maintenance. You pretty much have to be white collar to so much as even think of purchasing a new Harley.Harley clothing is a joke sad to say. The XXL shirts are always too short and the tall shirts are always too tall. American made shirts lack less quality than the global competition. I rarely find a shirt that fits my apparently unusual body. Harley is like Carhartt, they change theyre selection of clothing accessories far too often. The minute you like something such as a hat style its suddenly gone when you return to purchase another one. Short limited production runs. Its no wonder the price is elevated. Ive never appreciated this style of business ideology.Cool store and always worth a visit. Ill keep my hard earned dollars because of my own reasons against the brand.

Very helpful with helping me get a bike I would like after a month and a half of talking and trying to make time to get there. I got a bike and love it and Peter was friendly. The entire transaction and staff exceeded my expectations and I Loved my whole experience there.

This place is awesome inside and out! Friendly staff, no pressure salesmen, and very well laid out. Parking lot is huge, with plenty of motorcycle parking away from the cagers. Would definently stop here again.

Was there for a wedding reception October 15. Nice place and good atmosphere. Nice place to have a reception and I believe there is an elevator to get to second floor reception hall. Decent rates also. Hit the harley davidson store before you go up stairs. Nice variety of bikes and clothing. Nice place to visit. Met 1 of the employees I believe his name was Paulie. Cool guy. Stopped in on a Wednesday to pick up a chip and look around. On Friday ended up picking up a bike. The staff were tip top from the sales and finance to apparel and parts. They stayed late to finish the deal. We will definitely go back to Vandervest for the next ride. Highly recommend them.

What a great service department. We just started our 6 day trip around Lake Michigan from Chicago and had a front tire blowout. Matt Steinhausen service manager and his team stayed after hours waiting for the tow truck with my bike to change the tire. Without this service it would have delayed our trip by 3 days because of the holiday weekend. To Matt and his team thank you very much we had a great trip.

I can not tell you how floored I was with Vandervest. I purchased a used cycle and had a minor issue on the way home (about 35 minutes away). I called and spoke with a gentleman from service. He ended up coming to pick the bike up, fixed the issue, washed the bike, and returned it home. I was beyond impressed. Paulie was great to work with for the sale, dont get me wrong, but the service department definitely went above and beyond. Most certainly earning a customer for life. I love it how they sell oil changing kits. They come with all gaskets and O rings. Filter & oil is separate but it sure helps on finding what you need. Thanks.

Went down on the Friday before Labor day Weekend, I told them I want to get in and get out with my bike because of the holiday weekend,it went smooth, in and out in about an hour and a half.

A. Paulie was great to deal with no nonsense and to the point. He was knowledgeable and considered my requirements. The deal went pretty smooth except the financial portion of the transaction. I used my Bank but felt this part of the transaction was drugout too long and took way too long to complete. The service all the other departments went mostly smooth. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Paulie helped me out to get a bike and sale done, to get my kid off my case. Since, my new bike is back logged until August now or later. I told the kid he can have Dads old bike this year has become very impatient. Paulie set me up with a bike to get by until new one comes in. Thanks Paulie and gang. Paulie is very easily to work with and enjoyable, along with everyone else that I met at Vandervest HD.

Dont recommend if buying a used bike. No honesty no dealing. If they know you want it its over. Me driving over 400 miles proved that. They want all money to stay in store. I even asked before i drove all that way if the bike had flaws on the paint or frame or any where on bike. I was told scratch on brake light. It had gash bottom of tank back fender had dent and chip out of corner and gash under seat it looked like someone was trying to hide and Chrome was bubbled and flaked off on parts. The bad part i seen all this walking up to it. So not like they couldnt have told me that before the drive. Id say the seller was the problem but the manager was involved. This isnt my first dealing with a HD Dealer ship. But it was the worst. If driving for a used bike. Id definitely not recommend going there.

I recently purchased and took delivery of a 2008 CVO Dyna FXDSE2. Nothing unusual there, right? I live outside of Tacoma, Washington and havent been in the dealership in probably 5 years when visiting family to get the obligatory t-shirt. Ive been searching for a Dyna for a while for something that goes good, handles good and looks good - translation - Dyna. I found this one on the web site, and of course it was a Saturday evening. Chatted with Dixie on Facebook over the weekend and when the dealership opened Tuesday morning I called and spoke with Brook Polzin and put a deposit on the bike. I wire transferred the money the next morning. Once the paperwork was all squared away, I arranged for it to be shipped here. It showed up here late Sunday evening. I left work early on Monday and took off on an hour ride to for its maiden voyage here in the Pacific Northwest. The bike is perfect!! I forgot how much fun the Dynas are - throw in a 110 motor and some Vance and Hines pipes and you have a recipe for FUN!! The service department installed the chrome switch caps, Screamin Eagle Phat Plug Wires, reset the security code and removed the reflectors. Ive added a connection for my Gerbing heated gear under the seat and from what I can tell, they did pretty good work in the pre sale service and the add on items I purchased. The parts department was also able to order me the CVO Gold key, the Service Manuals, Electrical Manual and new owners manual. All of the items order were in a box packed up for me. Motorclothes helped me pick out 2 t-shirts that I purchased over the phone and they are both very cool!! Working with Brook was fun and an enjoyable experience. She is genuinely a nice person, knows the products and was a source of information throughout the process. To top it off, she gift wrapped the 2 boxes the shipper brought for me! It was priceless. As far as the bike, I think I got good value for what I paid, the dealer had a good gross profit, and I got a bike I am going to enjoy riding. The only loser in this has been my car, which until I get my new Condor rack for the CVO will be sitting in the driveway. The only hiccup in this long distance transaction was a delay in me receiving paperwork to sign so the bike could be released to the shipper due to a mailing error. I shared the feedback with Dixie, who is one of the owners of the dealership. Other than that, things were quite good! I even sprung for a service contract for 2 years WITH tire and wheel coverage for a reasonable price. Thank you to Brook and the whole Vandervest Team for the support!

2nd experience: Got my 5k service done here, as well as stage 1 tune. Bike is snappier than ever and runs like a dream. New grips installed as well. Intake and tuner were in stock, which is always a huge plus. I think I found my main shop. 1st experience: So far my experience here has been great. Picked up my slip on exhaust, installed myself. I had my handlebars done there and they even gave my bike a nice cleaning after they finished. The guys at the parts section are very friendly and answered all my simple questions. When I walk through the apparel section they are friendly and always acknowledge or greet me. Prices on parts are comparable to online so it is nice to be able to go into a store once on a while and buy stuff.

Incredible nostalgia. Gorgeous surroundings. Venues are exceptional and unique. Staff is friendly and not at all pushy. Sense of community is unparralled. Both the Duck Blind and Olde 41 are GORGEOUS venues. Huge inventory for bikes and Motorclothes.

A. I couldnt of asked for a better person to wait on me Thursday the 20th. I had ordered a womens sweatshirt on line and it ran small so I brought it in and Kate was a great. The shop was nicely done, and the service in the retail area was fantastic, Kayla was top notch, as for the parts counter it was busy, but didnt get the help without waiting for a long while! So we spent our time in retail. Very nice dealership.

So, had problems with Bonduel Harley. (Not knowledgeable on motorcycles bath rude and slow service guy gave me oil capacity vs weight so that makes two, ha!) APPLETON Harley same but, not as bad as BONDUEL (oil change lose filter and drain plug/ didnt apply the 300$ on my account to bill when picked up WOULD NOT RETURN MONEY!) Anywho, Greenbay Harley. Tried to push me to sign papers right away. Lol. Than, I complained and they changed their attitude and came back brand new. Hit my payment number, got the numbers where I wanted them. Since I bought the bike I get future discounts on parts! So, thats cool. Also, best warranty Ive even seen offered. Period. Didnt wanna put the charge on the loan. But, can return later on to purchase. Roughly 2200$ for 5 years. You pay 50$ they cover EVERYTHING. Believe roadside assistance and some other things. I was there after hours on a Friday but we got it done! Thanks!

I had recently purchased a gremlin bell for my son, but they did not have a hanger for it. Joe, Nate and John could not find one and wasnt sure there was one. I showed them a picture of mine and Nate found one on line so they ordered it for me. When it came in they found out the shipping was way less than expected and returned the difference to me. This is the reason I have purchased my bike there and continue to have it serviced there as well. This is one of the most honest dealerships I have ever been involved with. They do their best each and every time in all aspects of their dealership to earn your trust in that they will treat you right.

I love the staff at Vandervest, from the girls in Motor clothes, to the sales floor and around to the parts counter and shop. Everyone is always willing to help you with you wants and needs. Love seeing them help the community with fundraising and blood drive. Not very often do you get to rub elbows with the owner of a business, but Rick and the Vandervest family treat everyone as they have known you for a long time.

Both gentlemen in service were wonderful to work with . From setting up my very first oil change to drop off and pick up . All went well including the fix to the kick stand .Thank you again for the great service .

I wanted to upgrade from my Sportster to a bigger bike, but was not sure what was a good fit. I stopped by on Tuesday to see if I could test ride a Street Glider. This H-Ds policy is to have you sit down and crunch numbers BEFORE you know if you want a bike. They also require you to bring in your trade-in ahead of time as well. When I said that was a lot required considering I wasnt even sure if the bike was the right bike for me, Mike Hesler (the salesman I was speaking to) said they did not want to add miles to a bike just for a joy ride. Then he passed me off to another salesman. I was not impressed with this policy or Mr. Heslers comments, so I went to Appleton H-D, where I was treated with respect and was not required to give a kidney to test ride a bike. I test rode a Street Glide, but it was a bit big for me. They had no problems with me taking out a Heritage Softail after that. I bought the Softail and got top dollar for my trade in. I highly recommend anyone in the GB area to go to Appleton H-D, where a serious costumer is allowed to find the right bike without guilting them for putting on miles to their inventory.

I prefer to upgrade my Harley and Erik is the man for that. I currently own a 2013 Street Glide with custom everything and Erik walked me through the entire process, from custom gauges to rims, bags, paint and motor upgrades. He has so much knowledge and insight that bike turned out perfect and I doubt Id ever sell it as its one of a kind. My latest purchase is a 2020 Road Glide and once again Erik is walking me through the upgrades just like the last one. The service and commitment from the Vandervest team is rare these days and so appreceated by myself and Im sure many others. Id never go anywhere else

The worst purchase (Road King Custom) (1st Harley owned) I ever had in my life. Nothing but one problem after another especially the “cam chain tensioner”, which they never fix right to begin with… I wouldn’t let this dealership fix my mountain bike if my life depended on it… Paid $30,000+ for the P.O.S. and finally blew apart. Sold for $2300 project bike… STEER CLEAR of this dealership you be glad you did and not go through the nightmare I had. Minus a hundred stars if possible...

How to even start...at the beginning I spose. i got to work that day and told my Harley ridin friend that I was thinking about buying a bike. We hashed it over a bit, we found something I liked online at VanderVest so I sent them a message. Brook got back to me about possibly stopping in to have a look. We set up a time for me to stop in after work that same day. To say that Brook was amazing doesnt even cut it. She spent close to three hours with me, answered all my questions, advised me based upon the stories i told her about the other 9 bikes i had owned and the fact that this purchase would be my first bike in 18 years. She was patient, kind, funny and a great listener. I ended up with exactly what i wanted. I have been riding for only a few weeks and have received amazing customer service, twice. Barb helped me while I was choosing my first helmet and on a different occasion Kate helped me while I searched for that first riding jacket that everyone needs. Again, amazing customer service with products I am very happy with. Grateful this store and location are right where they are. Will be back.
