Normally an ok place to go. Ive purchased and installed 3 sets of tires from them in the past. I recently went in to have them look at a slow leak on a tire. Without even offering to visually inspect the tire, they said they were busy, expecting two cars that were 20 minutes late, and told me I could come back in 2 hours and maybe they could look at it then. Maybe someone didnt show up for work. Since my kids were with me and we have things going on in the afternoon, I decided to drive down the street and have the other tire shop take a look. I would have been fine to come back if they would have at least offered to look and see what the issue was.

Ive been dealing with this business on and off for almost 20 years. I have found them to be honest and fair. I travel a lot and so have had occasion to buy tires and seek tire repair in other cities and states and even Canada. I will always choose Zumbrennans when I am in this area. I trust them and know that their prices are reasonable.

This is a trustworthy tire center with good service. Theyre thorough and do good work . My last appointment took a little longer than I expected otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Zummbrennen always goes above and beyond when it comes to their service. I pulled in today to have the pressure checked in my tires and I also mentioned that my car was making a moaning sound when I would turn my steering wheel. They check my power steering fluid and saw that it was almost out, and they filled it up for me free of charge. I will always go to Zumbrennens or Plains Tires for everything when it comes to my card. Ive been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and will continue to recommend them. Thanks so much guys. Ive used these guys for multiple sets of tires, I personally liked the old atmosphere better but I understand the mainstream idea.

I live in Green River took the day off of work on a Friday to get my winter tires changed to summer. I went in about 11 am said they were doing a brake job and to come back at 2pm. I came back at 2pm They said they were too busy come back Monday. I explained I had taken this day off to get my tires done and that I had work to Monday. All the gal said was thats not my problem So I had to drive to Rock Springs and get the work done. I will never go to Zumbrennen So much for being a valued customer.

Came in with a punctured tire. Service was fast and friendly.

Their new management is 100 times better!
