We were at Plains Tires a couple weeks ago after an unfortunate car incident while passing through Wyoming. We were towed to Plains on a busy Monday, but our car was attended to in a very timely manner. Ron Siler, the manager, was VERY helpful and patient with us. He and his team quickly assessed all the damage and took care of the needed repairs while minimizing the costs to us in any way possible. We were back on the road within a couple hours! I am very thankful for the great service that we received at Plains. We were a bit shaken and stressed with the unexpected events of the car incident, and the amazing service we received was just what we needed to turn the day around and continue travel. This team was great. Gave them a call when I had a blowout on my travel trailer and they said come by. Provided me multiple options then had my travel trailer fitted with 2 new tires (single axle) in < 30 mins. Highly recommend

When I first moved here, they patched my tire (which I didnt even get from them) for free! They also drilled a couple holes and anchored on my front license plate because I had no way to get it on. They were so kind, helpful, and generous, and I would recommend them 100%!

These guys know their tires and dont try to rip you off. They have been great finding better tires for my Tesla Model X. They can get them cheaper and often have the tires within a day or two and on my car. Definitely the best people to go to for tires, brakes, tire rotation and anything else your vehicle might need.

Love this place! They have rescued me with a flat tire twice now, once in very cold weather. They popped the wheel off in my driveway, took it down to the store, and brought it back with the hole (from a screw) sealed and the tire good as new. I buy all of my tires from them, and always will. Thanks guys! (PS. The manager here is great!)

We were on a trip from out of town...we had issues and they are the best place to go to get your work done!!! We were towed in with NO notice and NO appointment, and they got us back on the road, on our VACATION in an hour and a half!!!! the same day!!! David and his crew were GREAT!!

They are an efficient and fair tire shop that puts customer service as their highest priority and will do their best to get the job done right. I have come to them for flats or just tire installations and always leave feeling like I was treated well and they cared to have me come back as a repeat customer.

The guys at plains tire offer good service and often times will do simple things like fixing flats for free. Only reason I give it four stars is I have to get there chinesium valve stems replaced in my tires about every 6 months because they go bad and my tires start loosing air it isn’t terrible but it is annoying.

We got a flat on the highway and pulled into town. Locals pointed us in the right direction. They got us right in and fixed our flat fast for cheap. They were very friendly and efficient! The only negative was the restrooms: not well stocked with soap and paper towels. Aside from that it was a 5-star experience!

These guys have bent over backwards to take care of me. Nice to have a company that is more interested in taking care of the customer than worried about squeezing the last dime out of me. I am a loyal customer due to their superior service during and after the purchase

I had a tire get ruined while travelling from Colorado to Utah. I had a nice person help me on the side of the highway and told me to come to Plains Tires to get the best service and I was impressed! The men were very kind and had good manners. My car was in and out quickly so I could get back on the road and headed home. I was concerned about the price being in such a rural area, but the tires were very affordable. I hope no one has to have car trouble while travelling, but if they do the best thing that could happen would be breaking down close to this shop. Thank you guys!

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation yesterday. They found that my back brakes were bad. They are working on those this morning. I have never been deceived by the guys at Plains in Green River. Best bunch of guts.

This place rocks! I was driving past Rock Springs when my car started to shake I called Plains Tire in Green River told them what was going on and despite being busy they told me to come on in. Moved to Green River recently and needed to have some work my mechanic said needed to be done. I was referred to plains tire. Phil was very courteous and got my vehicle in right away. The best part however is the service manager Shane and Warren upon inspection found that the service I was told I needed, wasnt. All it took was a small thingy to fix it. Outstanding in all ways. We had a blow-out on our 5th wheel just short of the Green River exit. Called Plains tire and they said to come right in. Only tires in stock were Chinese made so they went to their Rock Springs store to get the tires I wanted. No delays in mounting all four new tires. David, the general manager installed them himself and John at the customer service desk was immensely helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Well done!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a terrible experience with the Rock Springs Plains Tire because they would not honor my warranty and were completely rude. Shane & Paul from Green River Plains Tire offered to take care of my Jeep and honor my warranty even though I didnt buy my prior tires from them. I took my car in the next morning and it was ready with 4 new tires by lunch time. I would highly suggest going to them! Its hard to find people who have good customer service like that!!! I work for Star Transet in Green River. Today I had a flat tire. Plains tire in Green River was very accommodating. They were friendly and took me right in. They fixed my tire on my bus They didnt even charge for it. They got me back on the road in a timely fashion.

Plains tire is Green River is a great place to do business. Shane has a great attitude and is knowledgeable on tires as well as vehicle repairs. I would highly recommend this place for tires and repairs needed. It is nice to go to a place that is friendly and excited to work on your vehicle.

When I went in to have my tires changed and new ones put on I had no idea I had locking lugnuts on my car, also I didnt know I was missing the key for those locks. They were very helpful and the ordered kits to get them off and were super understanding. It was a great experience and I will be going back for sure in the future!

Blew a tire on our trailer out on I80. This was not only the nearest shop but was extremely prompt. Even taking the tire in and out of the vehicle for us even though they were slammed. Service was fantastic and Dave was the nicest guy.

I came in first thing Friday morning, as my left rear tire started showing signs of leakage in Nebraska. Although my tire couldnt be salvaged, they put a new one on immediately and reset the pressures on the other tires. Reasonable prices and on the road in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service from Mike (manager) and his staff.I was searching for a wheel unexpectedly during July 2nd (holiday weekend day). They got me in and out in ONE HOUR, offered me an extremely fair price, and were responsive by phone when I called ahead of my arrival.The shop itself is clean, well run, and comfortable to wait while my car was being serviced. They don’t check appointments scheduled online. When you call the day of your appointment they suddenly see you had an appointment and have to change the time. Rock springs refuses to schedule appointments for tire rotations but this location says you have to otherwise it will be a week until they can get you in, yet they don’t confirm or honor the requested time you selected online. I’ve been a plains tire customer for over 10 years, this is disappointing. The out the door with more price I received I’m beginning to feel is a scam. Have attempted to have these tires rotated a total of 7 times now between plains in rock springs and green river and been turned down each time. Next time I’ll just buy my tires online and have someone else put them on, no sense in prepaying for rotations and tire balancing if I can’t actually have these services performed.

Helpful and quick

I was passing through and had some axle problems with my trailer. Shane was super friendly and helpful. They got it fixed the next day without a problem. I would highly recommend them. Fast service and very flexible.

After days on the road, one tire had much lower pressure than the others. Shane took us in with no notice and checked the tire for leaks for no charge. Everything turned out fine and now we can continue our drive assured it is okay!

Great service! These guys made sure everything was good before we kept going on our trip. They fixed the initial issue and then test drove it again to make sure there were no issues. There was still some noise coming from the car so instead of just fixing the first problem and sending us on our way with residual noise they pulled it back in to see what else was wrong. They also helped us out by discounting the part since we were driving a long way to have our wedding. All together great experience and wonderful understanding people.

Was on town visiting family and had an issue with one of my tires. My spare was bad so Shane hooked me up with a new spare and figured out the issue with my other tire. Will definitely be back if I every have any more issues. Highly recommend this place and Shane very much!!

I was driving back to California when I had engine problems. I stopped by Plains Tire and spoke to Shane and Phil. Shane got it rite in and figured out that one of my Injectors were bad. While traveling east on I-84 and I-80 I had a very bad experience with Jacks Tire in Ogden Utah over a trailer tire. Made it to Green River, Wy. where Plains Tire treated me totally the opposite. Great fast service, fair price and very friendly. Highly recommend them!

The guys at Zumbrennen Plains Tire may greet you with a smile and a jovial laugh, but when theyre fixing cars, they dont joke around.I first met them a couple months ago when I was looking for someone to install a new muffler. I also presented them with a laundry list request of other repairs and to my surprise they gladly did it all.I was so impressed with how solid and smooth my car ran afterwards, I decided to go back when my other car needed brakes. Again, the work done and the service with a smile were top notch!I used to always take my cars to the dealers for service. Now I always go to Plains Tire in Green River for outstanding service at reasonable prices.

Dave and his crew were very helpful and took care of my tire flat in a timely manner. I was really impressed with how clean the lobby and shop appeared to be.

Went to get an alignment and was told they didnt have a tech to do the alignment but instead of telling me to come back the assistant manager( I think Steve, just transferred from idaho) went and started to do my alignment only to learn it was going to take longer than they were going to be open. I didnt have someone come with me in another vehicle and so the assistant manager gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle. I was told it might cost more than an average alignment because it was so bad and was going to take longer. When I went to pick up my vehicle the next day the assistant manager was still super friendly and only charged me the regular price because it wasnt as hard or take as long to align it. Best customer service I have had in a long long time they deserve your business. I was hesitant going there because of past bad experiences when it was zumbrenans but it has totally been turned around definitely have my business from here on out.

Needed a replacement for a flat while driving through Green River. Service was fast, kind, and affordable.

I blew a flat tire in the middle of no where! I just passed Evanston Wyoming and I drove on a donut to Lymen and went to every shop and none had my size of tire. I was trying to get to Casper to see my mom for Mothers Day and I couldnt make it on my donut. I called to see what time they closed and they were closing 45 minutes! It took me 90 minutes to get there!These guys stayed overtime just so they could help me fix my car!
