Josh Liska has accomplished our computer work for more than two years in the Riverton, WY area. We have two computers, two printers and we are in our eighties and have needed frequent computer help. Josh came when ever we called and was very respectful in helping us understand what our problems were. One particular time, before Josh started helping us, we called a computer tech because our computers were very slow and required constant work. This tech told us we needed new hard drives or new computers, since they were still running on original Windows #7. Replacing these two computers was out of the question because of our retirement income. A friend told us about Josh Liska,a computer person he recommended highly. I called Josh and asked him if he could drop by and told him what the last tech had said about the hard drive and purchasing new computers. After Josh evaluated our computers, he said I could replace both computer hard drives with an SSD drive system for $150.00. We were elated with the news. Thats one fourth the cost of two new computers. The speed of both computers are 10 fold faster. What a surprise. Before we got older we had two computers and two printers. I did day trading in the stock market and my wife was a life time accountant. Our old windows #7 worked at times; barely. My wife uses our upgraded computer to email grandkids, play cards, and keep our financial work updated. I only purchase items on EBay and Amazon and watch the markets. Our printers are also old HP8620s and neither would print. Called HP and they said they were no good/outdated and needed replaced. Josh said right up front he felt he could fix them and within hours they were both working great. Josh told me he had just updated the software for the fix. To replace these two printers the cost would have been over $400.00. In his soft voice he said he would update the firmware to accept our WiFi password, to us that was amazing. I also needed help bigtime on a business project I had going. I needed all my information put in order and on 4 separate thumb drives. I was told by other techs it was time consuming and what they would charge, it was ridiculous. I asked Josh and he said no problem and he handled the job with ease. So you see, besides what I have listed here, he has kept our computers going. I had a real mess with my hundreds of photos and he straightened that problem as well. When Josh told us he was moving to Rock Springs I asked him how we were going to deal with our computer problems with him moving far away. And being like Josh he said Ill still only be a call away. I asked how that would work and he showed me how he could take over our computers using a program called Team Viewer. What an eye opener that was. As you read this you will think Josh can walk on water, well to us he can when it comes to keeping us online. We both respect the gentle way he has helped us and not once in two years has he tried in any way to rip us off as others have done. When you are illiterate in computer problems, the door is open to being charged whatever they want. What I have stated here is FACT so I hope you will give Josh a chance to prove his worth as a great and honest computer repair person.
