This dealership went over and above for me! My bike broke down in Green River, WY on my way to Sturgis. I was riding alone. AAA took forever to come get be, but in the meantime, I called the Flaming Gorge Dealership and spoke with Richard Taylor, Service Manager. He had obviously had other callers in the past that had broken down, but Richard took all of the time I needed to help me. The ladies at the front desk gave me the three numbers to the local tow companies, and that, in the end, turned out to be a critical factor in getting off of the highway before sundown, so thank you to them as well. (AAA left me hanging for over 6 hours, saying over and over, that, We will be there within one hour!). I dropped the bike off way after dark, dropped the keys in the key drop and headed to the hotel that Richard recommended. The next morning Richard called me and said, verbatim, We dont do this kind of repair until the off season.I kind of felt the engine had blown from all of the rattling noise it made as I came to a stop on the highway the day before, so I was not surprised to hear that it was beyond a quick repair. Richard told me I could keep the bike there, no cost, as I arrange for it to be picked up and hauled back to the local shop in California. Two weeks later the haul company came to pick the bike up, and who called me? You got it, Richard Taylor, to tell me he is watching them load it, he is taking pictures for me, etc.Okay, so I wrote this because I am really impressed by this. In this day and age when customer service elsewhere is cold and does the bare minimum, with luck, Richard followed this through all of the way for me, which I am forever grateful for. Who does that? Think about it-very few. So, stop by and say hi to Richard next time you are passing through Green River, WY. I am sure you will find him as gracious as I did. I will be doing the same, and I cannot wait to thank him again in person. First class all the way Richard! Thank you so much!
My wife and I where on a road trip from Washington to Wisconsin and decided to get a different route home. We tried to hit one Harley store per state. I am sure happy we stopped in Green river Wyoming at the flaming gorge. There customer service was the best we have seen to date. All from the sales guys to the gals in the clothing area. They know what customer service is. Wish all the Harley dealers where like this store.

We were riding back to Los Angeles from Sturgis today and I noticed the oil level was low again on my road glide. Stopped by the dealership to see if oil was leaking from the motor into the primary again. I thought we were going to be stuck there for hours. The manager was very fast and effective, we were out of there within 30 minutes, thank you very much sir! It turns out the seal was fine and just needed to add a quart of oil and got back on the road home. This place rocks!
We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Super friendly staff and an average selection of bikes for its location. If you come on a Saturday they actually have free beer as well. Very easy to find right off Highway 530. Once you leave here can take the scenic route Highway 191 all the way down to vernal. If in this area definitely stop in. Nice little dealership.
Staff was absolutely amazing,friendly helpful and welcoming. Love all the people. Even lots friendly others to chat with. I was so surprised how great the kids section was stocked. That is rare to to us. We travel alot and are always looking for kids clothes size newborn to 5t for the dealer type shirts. So that made it even better. Definitely worth stopping by for a visit or to pick up some new clothes if your driving threw. Definitely would come back if in town. So worth it in this cute little town!!!
I broke down on a road trip near this dealership, while it was closed. Found the number for the owner on the website. Dennis met me at his shop and fixed me up - no charge and on his day off! Definitely recommend Flaming Gorge H-D. They are truly the friendliest dealership in the west!

I have owned a 1994 Honda shadow vt1100 for a long while and have always road with friends and others that had Harleys and yes the Honda kept up till they slammed that throttle and left like rockets and I had to play catch up.My brother because of my past told me he would co-sign so I could get a Harley. I went into the green river Harley store and was met with open arms and answers to all of my questions and informed of what I needed to do to ride home on a New/used bike. After a quick process and a few signatures I am now a very proud owner of a 2021 Harley Davison low rider s with a few upgraded parts on the way!I absolutely recommend anyone looking to upgrade or first time buy to go here. Denis and Rhonda and goose and everyone else here are an awesome bunch of people.

We were riding from Calgary Canada to Colorado Springs to visit friends and attend Pikes Peak Hill Climb. We rolled into Green River with inside primary leak. We didnt like our chances of making Colorado Springs for supper but Richard in service got the bike in and repaired in no time and had us back on the road. These guys are the FRIENDLIEST Dealer I have been to. When we came in the store the staff asked us if we wanted refreshments and showed us around. Also Dennis Laughlin treated us like family. We were buying a motorcycle they had in their shop from another customer and through the transaction there were a few road blocks. Last summer we bought a brand new Harley from this dealership. Worst customer service. The guy treated us like we were an inconvenience, from trying to talk us in to coming back another time to fill out paperwork to not wanting to see if we could get the bike in a different color. Knowing Harleys have had issues with the gear shift pedal falling off, we told them to make sure it was tightened before we picked up the bike. We didnt even make 200 miles before it fell off. The only redeeming quality this store has is the owner is a nice guy. When we told him about our issues, he apologized and seemed genuine. But then the shop had the nerve to send us referral cards! The guy who helped us no longer works there and the new sales guy is excellent. Its disappointing to spend money on a product that is known for their quality only to find out their quality standards for service are so lacking.

Ive never been much of a fan of dealerships. Ive never been in a dealership like this one though. The staff is awesome- everyones friendly and cool and you get this sense youre hanging out. Ill definitely stop in next time just to say hi as I drop by.
Hard to believe but my Harley broke down during a trip to Yellowstone. Kathy was a great help and got us in for service. Kent went above and beyond to get that bike fixed and on the road. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for saving our trip.
I got first rate customer service today! I had purchased the wrong grips for my bike and they exchanged them with out a problem! I also mentioned my helmet shade visor wasnt working properly and they also took it in on warranty and got me a new helmet that works! I cant say enough how much I enjoy getting treated like I matter and that will bring me back over and over!

This is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with since owning a Harley. Last June I had the unfortunate luck of breaking down near Rock Springs during a week long trip. I had to have my bike towed to Flaming Gorge Harley, the told me it was busy and they would be able to look at it in a week which I was fine with, 3 weeks later I call to check on the bike, was told it was so busy they hadnt had a chance to look at it but assured me they would get to it. 11 WEEKS LATER after several phone calls and visits to the dealership I decided to take my bike to another dealer so they would actually do their job and at least LOOK at the bike. The service manager and customer service I received was the worst I have ever experienced, and I missed out on an entire summer of riding due to their incompetence. If you ever find yourself needing service near Flaming Gorge Harley do yourself a favor and get towed to Ogden or Salt Lake.

Expensive but bought 7 t shirts for cruise $260 we love them
Brought my Harley V-Rod in for service on the clutch and radiator summer June 2018. Bike had clutch fluid being drawn out by the wind. HD Green River had said they fixed the issue. Two weeks later the clutch was still leaking during every ride. Brought it back in once again where they worked on the clutch. Finally, trailered the bike from Wyoming to Seattle and clutch fluid was still being drawn out of its reservoir. Had to take the bike to Lawless HD in Renton, WA. There I contacted Green River HD to pay for the service that I had issues with and come to find out no contact was even made between the two entities. Would not recommend, and done with HD.
