Ordered and paid for item waited for delivery date now say on back order no idea when item will arrive. Need to have items at store. Would not recommend anyone to shop there will never return myself sad that cant spend my money locally.
I had a socket wrench that was not working properly that I have had for years and they replaced it free of charge I was very happy.
Purchased a bed from here. The gentalman and his wife were very warm and friendly and made me feel more like i was at home talking to goid friends rather than in a store buying a bed. P.s the bed was amazingly comfortable especially for aliments and was very very well priced. Thank you for all of your help.

I purchased a deep freeze in April, it is now August 2020. We still have not been contacted with information about the order. They did however take the money from our credit card upon purchase. We are having no luck when contacting them. Customer Service is GONE! BEWARE.
Only SEARS Store left in our area. We didnt quite find the brand we were looking for, but did find another brand just as good as a substitute. We received great help from store salespeople.

Was there the other day and one of the workers Licia was really nice and she helped translate everything for my mother which I appreciate greatly.
This store is small in size but makes up for it with the selection and customer service. If your in the market for a new appliance and dont want to travel all the way to Tucson; this is the place to go.

Although not a big store this Sears carries a good selection of major appliances, patio furniture, bedding, tools and most anything else from the huge selection in there big book which is just a few key stokes away! Friendly staff and competitive prices makes this hometown store a pleasure to shop at.
If I could give a negative feedback, I would. We were misled about the financed price and ended up double per month. When we picked up the washer and dryer, we werent given the hose hook ups. We went to hook up the dryer and there was no power hook up. I go back to get the hoses and power hook up to be told I need to buy that separate. Uh, you took all my money yesterday, I dont have the money to add today, it shouldve been included in the financed price yesterday. Oh my fault just doesnt cut it for a family on a very tight budget. So disappointed with our experience here. Im seriously considering bringing it all back and going elsewhere.

Rude man who waited on us was of no help. Over priced merchandise only because they are the only appliance store in town. I will probably never have a need to go back.
Got our new fridge here. Just like to deal with local business if competitive. They were.
Bought washer, dryer, water softener, gas grill, etc from this store. Grill quit working, sent out technician, have to replace a part. Part no longer made so grill will be replaced. This is after 34 calls, being put on hold for 1 hour or more each time. Complained to local store and they shrugged their shoulders.......no help whatsoever. Will never buy another Sears product because of the inability to talk to a Sears rep.......and local store was useless.
Very helpful sales associates. I needed an education on the new appliances and never felt like I was being patronized or listening to exaggerations. They even gave me a business card for a competing repairman. I will definitely be going back there.

I am beyond furious. I could have bought a gas grill anywhere, but chose Sears because I was assured that the grill would be at the store by 6/24/16 and would be assembled and ready for pick up after noon on 6/27/16. It is now 5:20 PM on the 27th and the grill is not assembled and certainly not ready for pick up (by a friend who has donated time and truck).The manager had conveniently stepped out when I asked to speak to him/her regarding this matter. If the grill is not perfectly assembled and ready for pick up at 9 AM when the store opens on 6/28/16, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to complain.
I could have saved a few dollars by going to the big stores in Tucson but the customer service and friendliness and supporting local businesses is well worth the small difference in price.

I am new to the area from North Dakota and just recently purchased a home here. Unfortunately the home needed a Refrigerator, Stove, washer and dryer, and a microwave. I went to Sears on Saturday, April 7th, 2018. I succesfully picked out all the items that i wanted, before even being waited on. The total of the purchase i planned on paying for on this day was aprox. $5,500.00. When i was finally approached by a bigger guy, he was not at all friendly! I told him the items i had in mind and asked if i purchased them all on that day and paid for them, could i get a discount? He literally laughed at me and told me that was out of his control. I was embarrassed to the point, i decided to tell him, that i would shop elsewhere to spend my money. He told me good luck and that No one else would work with me either. Well, Mr. Big shot, i did go elsewhere and guess what? I was given 10% off and i was treated with respect! I will never come back to your store, and as a Real Estate Agent in the area, I will never recomend anyone to you!
Ive had a very good experience shopping there, with namely Janis, Blaine, and Rick. But a very bad experience with their new employee,Arthur. He was very aggressive and opinionated in my first encounter with him over purchasing a bandsaw. The bandsaw had to be ordered. The day I thought it was going to be delivered, which was on a Tuesday,, I called to find out what time the truck normally delivered merchandise. When Arthur answered the phone, I asked what time the truck normally delivered, morning or afternoon. He wouldnt tell me, but instead, he said the truck is unloading the merchandise and to call tomorrow to find out if it came in. THEN HE HUNG UP.. Not friendly at all. His demeanor certainly doesnt help the PR at the store.Manny

Bought something online the drove to Green valley to pick up.
Called for a part, employee claimed they had it in stock. Got to the store and couldnt find it. Employee insisted they had it, checked again, couldnt see it. Employee finally came back to show us and we got a, Oh sorry, we must be out. How about next time a customer calls, you physically check instead of wasting my time?

Extremely rude over the phone. This man interrupted me repeatedly while I was making an inquiry about a part. When asked for his assistance in ordering the part he refused to help. Extremely poor customer service.

I cancelled the order I had, Sears couldnt get appliances delivered on time, I had to call them to find out why the delivery never came on the day I was told they would deliver. What really upset me was they never called me to let me know. The delivery was going to be three days later.
