Typical Vatozone. Discount auto parts stores are fine if your expectations are low, and this one is no exception so plan accordingly. Ive gotten used to writing my vehicle information down and what I need so the Vatozoner thats helping me doesnt need to have me repeat it seven times before giving me the wrong parts. Better yet, find the part yourself online then pick it up here. These people were flipping burgers last week. Dont expect any better from BlowReillys.

My family member had an aging battery in their Toyota so I went over to Autozone for a free battery test and possible replacement. Sure enough, the battery needed replacement and Robert T set out to install a new one for me. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and had the battery replaced in no time. He explained what heat does to the batteries and tips on how to install a battery in the future if I ever need/want to do it myself. Highly recommend the folks at Autozone and especially Robert!

Carlos cashier wasnt friendly was very blah acts like he hates his job. Very unprofessional!

Went there today after my battery died and was met by a friendly, professional crew. Upon purchasing my battery, Robert spent the next 35 minutes or so battling rain, uncooperative terminal attachments and a plethora of other electrical attachments (apparently very common on diesel truck batteries) with a calm and friendly demeanor. I needed a few cheap components to complete the project and the manager was nothing short of accommodating when he handed them to me without charge. He and his crew are a force to be reckoned with. Highly recommended!

Went in today, found and got everything i needed even a Dashcam for our vehicles they have it all. like the brake pads have lifetime warranty, definitely recommend Autozone for all your vehicles parts and assesories. Required masks. I’m vaccinated, bought what is needed on line.I can shop without a mask at most stores in my area without a mask, including Walmart, Safeway and ALL FOOD SELLING LOCATIONS LIKE MacDonalds, Culvers, Jersey Mikes, Subway, etc. If I can buy food and general merchandise without a mask why not Auto Parts? Youre misinterpreting the local rules.Your choice, your loss.

Went in to exchange windshield wipers. Jenna was not helpful at all. Dave was great. He even installed my new windshield wipers.

They had the parts I wanted one in the store and the other would be in later that afternoon. Prices were good, customer service was good. Very knowledgeable staff.

I stopped by the AutoZone Store #: 4168, 18760 S Nogales HwySahuarita, AZ 85629 to pick up an order I had placed online 6 days earlier. I had received an email indicating that the order was ready to be picked up. That was not the case. I had to wait 30 minutes before the staff at this store put the order together. That was not acceptable; therefore, I will not visit this particular store again.

I just had a wonderful experience at this Autozone with associate Jenna. My daughter and I were out of town and our splash pan came partly undone and was flopping as we drove. We stopped at this store and Jenna jumped right in and got her tools and removed the splash pan for us. We were on our way again in no time. Associates like Jenna are worth their weight in gold. Greg from Green Valley/Sahuarita (boundaries are weird) was super helpful and the rest of the staff were really nice! My car had just come from the mechanic and decided to breakdown (not the mechanics fault) and they even stayed outside in 103 degree heat putting in and removing the battery twice.All in all, my car sucks but they sure didn’t! 😁

Had a dead car battery, stopped into Auto Zone. They suggested we go to Walmart since that is where we bought it and it had warranty left. Walmart didnt have a battery! Five back to Auto Zone and they had one and installed it. The Walmart warranty would not have covered much of the office if a new battery if they had a battery. Auto Zone installed it and we were up and running in a few minutes.

Five parts later and a few trips the store still nothing fit/worked. What a Time waster. Got it on Amazon with next day shipping. The employees at the auto parts store were very nice. They just sold me what the computer told them to because they had very little knowledge of the application. Ive used them before with better results and they tend to do better with modern cars.

My girlfriend’s 2016 Mustang failed to start at the local car wash. I jumped it and we took it to the local Auto Zone. They checked the battery and advised that it was dead. Greg installed a new one in 107 degrees temperatures and refused a tip. Very quick and professional. Thank you.

I shopped at this store yesterday. I needed a bushing for my truck. They got it for me in 4 hours. They are friendly and the prices are good. I have shopped here for auto parts many times in the past and will shop in the future as long as I have a need and the service in good.

AutoZone is one of my favorite auto parts stores. They have a great selection and a clean store. I also like the AutoZone point system, with every purchase you get points towards $20.00 dollar discount it really adds up quickly.

I went to have a alternator checked out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didnt buy the alternator there, it came on the car I recently bought but they still took the time to test it for me. It wasnt working properly and they gave me a full report of the issues with it. The internet is ok but it cant take the human beings and the service they give you. Im sure to go back when the need arises.

100% atrocious! I live up in Tucson. I got a panic call from my parents telling me they stopped at this autozone for help. The autozone employee goes out to their car, thinks its a fuse. Im told he was pulling fuses out of the engine compartment fuse block to check them. After which the car turns over but will not start. I am then told that before my sisters husband got there this same employee was actually accusing them of knowing it did that and bringing it there to accuse autozone of breaking it. I drove thru 5 oclock traffic, when I-19 south is backed up onto I-10 all the way to 22nd, look at the fuse block and see a missing fuse. The employee brings out a box of fuses and tells me they are $3.99. I popped one in and it starts immediately. I went inside, put opened box on the counter and tell him and the manager lady that the car started and is running by just putting a fuse back where it was. Why couldnt he just say oops Ive misplaced a fuse and get another one. They sat there for 3 hours, in their 60s with severe medical issues, one being leukemia. No apology, no thanks for driving all that way to fix my screw up, just well I wont charge you for the fuses. Absolutely despicable! Unless you are car savvy and know what you need, Do Not Go There!

Went in to buy a light bulb for my rear light. After standing in line for 10 minutes I was next. The phone rang and the clerk answered the phone and was on the phone for 10-15 minutes.I told the clerk that it was inappropriate to answer a phone when I was at the store and this guy calls, and he gets taken care of first. The clerk informed me that management told them that that was the way its should be handled. I told them good day and will never come back.His response, See ya.
