As always it seems whatever you are looking for True Value of Green Valley has it. With big box stores making the neighborhood hardware store a thing of the past its nice to have someone help you who knows what you need. Things might be a little bit more than other places but when you factor in your time, gas for the car and having to travel to save $0.50 its a bargain having them here for our needs and wants.

The True-Value in Green Valley, AZ is our favorite hardware store in this area and one of the best Ive ever worked with! In addition to having an excellent selection of tools and parts, they have many household items for cooking and cleaning, giving it a small town old fashioned hardware store vibe. Staff are always helpful and have given us excellent advice. We dont hesitate to recommend this store, be sure to sign up for their discount card.

Got to share a quick story. I went in to fabricate an outdoor porch lamp shade with polycarbonate to stand up to UV better.I ended up at True Value and wasnt able to find what I needed. They had me leave my name and number to get back to me after talking with multiple suppliers. The store manager, Saul (hope Im spelling his name correctly), contacted me 3 different times with his research on the topic. All the solutions were way too expensive, so he suggested I get in contact with a specialty shop (which I wont name here). Talk about service! Ive never had someone put so much effort only to completely lose the sale!Customer for life here. Cant say enough good things. I will be going here first from this point forward. The way this store is being run simply cant be matched.

Very friendly people who work there. Can find the odd bits and pieces I need. Prices are a little high, but the convenience, as opposed to a 30 minute trip, one way, to go to Homeys or Lowes, makes it usually worth it.

I witnessed an employee lying to a customer about mercury being in a fluorescent lite in massive quanties! The other employees were very amenable.

Bought a Weber Spirit grill. Service was wonderful. Grill was assembled and delivered within a few days. Care free transaction. Nice grill at good price?

This is a great place to shop for just about everything you might need for the house, lawn and garden, automotive and everything else in between! There prices are fair and on this particular day I found a few items (I bought all they had) that were real bargains. They are always helpful and returns are not a problem. And dont forget to get your rewards card (Im not sure if thats what its called) that gets you great coupons for monies off your purchase after you get to the different levels of what your purchases have added up to on every shopping trip you make. Sorry if I confused you. So stop by and walk the isles and get familiar with what they carry. Youll probably end up getting something that you cant resist and things that no other stores in the area carry! Have fun! 😀.

Very nice people with a large selection of hardware.

Every retired trades person in southern AZ seems to work at this store. So knowledgeable and helpful. Our recent electrical and plumbing projects ran into problems, but we got great help here.They also carry visors and hiking hats. You can order patio furniture and they will put it together and deliver it to you. Their prices were similar to the big box stores, and you save money by buying exactly the screws and wall anchors that you need, not a boxful.

I would give a lower rating if possible!I have bought allot of paint here and quality is poorest.Not Customer friendly or customer service oriented for repeat and long time loyal customers!I will never shop at this location ever again!

Don’t bring your kids here apparently the senior citizens working here don’t care for children the employee working scolded my 10 year old for touching a spring and told him to put it back

I shop here often, sometimes more than once a week and have always gotten good advice from their employees, except for today. I ask an employee where a specific item was and he was too busy looking at the shelf in front of him to even look at me and where he told me the item was, it was not even in that part of the store. I walked out empty handed and went to Ace Hardward and was helped there.

They have everything you need for your daily handyman jobs. Prices are pretty comparable to bigger hardware stores. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They store was clean. I could park right in front of the store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. When I asked for directions, I not only got directions but he radiod ahead that I was coming. I was getting a key copied. He offered to let me go test the key before I paid. It worked perfectly. The price was low. All in all a good experience.

Best hardware store in Green Valley by a hundred miles. They have experts in every department, and unlike other hardware stores in town(Ace) they are pleasant and do not act like they know things they dont know.
