First time in this store so I dont have much experience but was all good on this day

It took a minute to find a pair of shoes in my sizeI ended up settling on pair of puma shoesWe also found some nice boots for my nieceA nice pair of shoes for my friend

Although they offer a variety of shoes they seem to have a limited amount in each size but I also realize that everyone is buying shoes for there kids cuz school is starting.

It was alright. All the cool shoes werent available in my size. I had to search for my size and then see if I liked the shoes. Not the best way to shop. But I ended up getting a decent pair of shoes after a long search. Not one time was I offered assistance.

Ive been shopping here for about 20 years now and the services always great and the variety of shoes available is always huge

Decent shoes, and some pretty ones, but not as many as Id think woulda been in there.

Bought a pair of dress shoes three months ago threw away the box and the receipt started wearing them a couple weeks ago the heel separated from the shoe took them back no hassle no questions asked let me pick whatever pair I wanted in that price range provided me with world class customer treatment they make it easy!

I wear a size 12 in womens so its hard 5o find my size in most stores so I was ecstatic when I went and found that not only do they carry my size, their prices are really good. They also have alot of great accessories like purses, backpacks, socks, ect. Very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful so I definitely recommend checking it out. They also have a ton of clearance right now so thats a plus. 😁

Friendly and helpful staff. Shoe sizes were limited for my wide feet but I did find a good pair of shoes in the clearance area that worked perfect.

Bought a pair of shoes actually two pairs buy one get the second one whatever 50% off whatever back in December they split all the way by the big toe from the top to the you know about three four inches and I went back this morning explain what happened didnt have my receipt I was just looking The exchange but they didnt have my size so I bought another pair they took the price half the price off the new pair I bought and exchange them so I was very happy been going there for a couple of years now and Ill keep going there

I havent shopped here since I was a kid but recently started again because of my own children now. I love the prices. We joined the membership rewards and the deals they throw at you make you want to buy shoes just because its a good deal lbvs. The store is clean, the staff is always nice and helpful. I always recommend this store, especially to my friends with kids.

It sucked - couldnt find what I wanted or needed.. Plenty of people working - not speaking to the customers, but when you decide you need one.. Gone or rushing away not hearing you call.. Great customer service - wont be back.

Went in looking for hiking boots, was looked at and followed by a worker during my entire visit. Not one time did she ask if I needed help. I honestly felt a little profiled. I walked out of the store without buying anything because of this experience. I’ll just go and spend my money where i’m made to feel more comfortable

I wish they would carry size 12 shoes. I was told the store gets a few size 12 shoes but they go quickly. Well, then doesnt that mean you should stock more of that size? Clearly there is a need. Not everyone is a size 7 or 8 which you stock plenty of.

Great customer service and large selection of shoes. The prices can be a little high on certain styles but they have sales quite often. BOGO half off is the best time to shop.

The store itself was nice with the variety of styles. However; they dont carry enough big sides shoes for women. Most of their shoes were a size 9 or smaller, my feet are bigger then that. Get more larger size shoes for women like me and you will be a perfect shoe store .

Honestly this most recent trip today was very disappointing. I used to come here all the time for the great deals they offered. Now their mark up is out of control and very heavy restrictions on any promotions they offer. I went to shoe encore right after and found many styles $10-15 off even their sale prices. It made me very sad yet happy I didnt spend my money at encore. It would be great if they could get back to the way it used to be.

A big selection but you can find the same gym shoes and flip flops at an outlet cheaper. Not impressed at all. I would have given a 2 star but the workers seem friendly and willing to help & the store was clean.

Had online order that didnt fit. Unfortunately the store didnt have the right size but easy as 123 we had our order exchanged with a replacement on line order

Greeted by a sales associate near the door when I entered. I asked her where the shies I was looking for were and she walked me over to the aisle. Found all three pairs of shoes I needed, though the sale prices were good, the normal prices were a bit higher than I would have expected.The cashier was busy stocking and wouldnt acknowledge my presence at the register without me finding him. Ended up getting checked out the associate who greeted me instead.

Walked right in w a decision on which shoe I was getting. I quickly found the shoe w/ad. price but veared off 2 a completely diff pair & walked out w a diff shoe but spending less. Bonus!

Great staff, all the shoes in my size were on the very top shelf, Im super picky and the awesome staff member on the floor that day opened over 10 boxes for me and put them all back. She never showed any sign of frustration!
