From setting the appointment to making the decision which hearing aides to our jade for my mom it was very professional and pleasant. No high pressure or trying to sell the most expensive to a 91 year woman. Looking forward to her picking them up, as is she.

Katie was the new provider and was not sure what to expect. My appointment was only for replacement of a speaker wire but I did have questions about problematic dropped Bluetooth connections. She really went above and beyond when she checked settings and my iOS’s on both my phone and iPad. She made several recommendations on settings that have worked. She also took time and reviewed my presets and made adjustments. Bottom line: Much improved performance from my devices. Thanks Katie!!
