We drove all the way from Racine because their hours said they were open til 7, we got there at 6:30 and they told us we can’t get in. Well it would’ve been nice to know!!! I even called before hand twice but no answer! And the girl at the front door had no empathy what so ever! I see why u guys are going out of business now!!!!

Too expensive. Pier 1 used to be a regular haunt for me and imagine my joy when we received a $50.00 gift card. It had been about 5 years since I last shopped there. I left with my gift card in tact.

Hate their closing but always beautiful items.

I love Pier 1. I havent shopped here in over a year as I have toddler and its not a kids friendly store. I managed to make it work by putting him in one of their baskets with wheels. Staff was very friendly, seemed to have less selections than I remember. Overall good experience.
