The ice cream was delicious and creamy! Would have enjoyed it more if the customer service matched up. The guy behind the counter would not get off his phone. He could barely hear us with his airpods on and we had to repeat everything we said. He didnt even scoop the ice cream properly and did not even entertain my 8 year old who asked for a topping by saying it was hard to put a topping since it was waffle cone...ridiculous! A little more training in customer service will go a long way!

Lots of flavors and great ice cream! They serve Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream for Wisconsin familiars or natives. Took a star off for price as its a little higher than most comparable places and also the ice cream I had on my last visit was served almost melting, I think they had some sort of cooling problem. Perhaps it was just a one time thing and not a chronic issue, however.

This is a nice and very clean establishment. The ice cream is homemade and very delicious. If you are at Southridge, you should visit.

Walking the mall and just happened to stop in! (Oct 30, 2018 Around 3pm)Employee very friendly! Great atmosphere! Large variety even the pickiest person will be satisfied! Prices are fair! Overall experience was great and I plan on returning with the family! 1 out of 10...10!!!

I was sitting near the little play area (kids wanted a train ride, yay!)and this AMAZING smell came out of this penguin place.Following my nose I see a guy making fresh waffles to mold into cones and bowls.Fresh made cones and bowls ~ nice!There were many flavors to choose from(both in ice cream and in toppings).It was clean and well stocked.The guy working was very friendly.Will stop by again when in Southridge for a fresh made cone.

Great service! We came in Tuesday night on May 15th, and the gentleman and lady working were extremely friendly. The ice cream was prepped very well too! We well definitely come back I love the Superman ice cream and Eggnog

Order 2 smoothies they were horrible...not blended at all, my wifes had a whole banana still floating in it. One had something black floating in it and it was only banana mango and strawberry. When we mentioned they werent good the girl simply said sorry and went back to eating ice cream from the case.

Great customer service, owner is great. Ice cream is very good, creamy and u can even have a sample before u buy. Class A I will be back!

This place never opens on time. I have been there three times at 10:00 and they were not open. When they were open, I went there two times in a week and was charged $1.00 more than the first time and I ordered the same thing. Today, I went at 10:45AM and they were not open (Opening is posted at 10:00AM). There are no signs stating a change of time or what is going on. I will not return to this establishment. Not customer friendly. What a horrible way to run a business!!!

One scoop in a plastic bowl was $4.23. Completely overpriced. I will never go here again!
