I needed a used car inspection done on a car from a private seller. I called ahead and he said I could just swing by in the morning with it. I arrived and within 10 minutes he had the car in the shop and was checking it out. I received a very thorough inspection and report, he even went as far as taking it for a drive. Great price and great value, would 100% recommend!

Was very happy. Friendly helpful and quick service on simple repairs. Never ever do I plan to go to a dealer again. The Ford dealer in Greeneville has told me before we didnt know why was wrong so we changed parts and hope it works. $4,000 of I dont know did not make me happy. I believe I found someone honest finally.

Disappointed. Had an electrical issue requiring a diagnostic. I had asked what kind of cost I would be looking at. Was told the test would need to be done first. Never told a price for the test that wound up being almost $80 just to tell me I had a bunch of lights coming on because of a bad computer which I knew prior to taking the car in. So for $80, and almost 2 days with no car I now know exactly what I knew prior to these events and nothing is fixed.

This place is awesome. Wouldnt take much vehicle anywhere else.

I went through a lot of mechanics before I found S&S. Bobby has the common sense and analytical tools to find the problem and fix in, instead of replacing parts until you get lucky. All you have to do is talk to him about your problem, listen to his evaluation, and youll see what I mean. I wouldnt let anyone else work on my truck from now on.

He broke off nut in my lower control arm and didnt tell me about it so I was driving and heard this popping sound when I turned looked under it and saw it broke so had to buy a complete lower control arm and labor for something HE screwed up.
