I went here because it was formally Bills Auto. Bill was a very good mechanic with reasonable rates and most of all honest. I recommended Bill to a friend and he even got up early to look at her car in her driveway as she was a single parent and it was her only car to work. I had work done here at Rips once and the work was done right but I felt over priced. I tried a second time to get work done here and call for over a week to get an estimate. They kept stating they would call me back. Needless to say they never did. Went in person and they wanted to charge double of what Coreys quoted. Corey was able to provide an estimate on first call within minutes. I wont be back to Rips. I was hoping they were going to be dependable like Bills. Unfortunately they werent. I am now shopping for a place to go as mechanics in Greenfield are dishonest, do poor work, lie, and over charge. If they want customers/business they need to learn customer skills like Bill had. Treat customers right and they will come back along with their friends and relatives.
