I have had two different major repairs handled by Sugar Creek on my vehicle. Each time the staff communicated the issues they found clearly and provided me with an accurate and honest assessment of what was needed prior to taking action. The work was done correctly the first time and my 186k mile pickup runs like a top! Highly recommend this repair shop

They have had my car for 2 days and have done nothing with it. I had an appointment on Wednesday per the Owner in the AM and my car still has not been touched. I have called and checked on it twice and the women receptionist at the office could not give me a time/ day or any info on when my car would be worked on and then giggles about it. Horrible customer service! Rude as well!
