I had so much trouble finding my correct prescription. The staff were very kind and understanding even though I quickly became infamous by requesting new prescriptions so often. But they were always quick to help me and were patient in finding out what was wrong. I finally came to the conclusion that my issue was with the frames causing peripheral distortion, rather than the script being wrong. I highly recommend them. My whole family goes there and feels the same. Im grateful for all their help and patience with me.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’Ÿ

My wife got a set of new progressive lenses after her appointment with Dr. Bloom. It took a couple weeks for the new set to come in. She is very pleased! I purchased my glasses here 2 years ago!

My daughter and myself became customers 12 +/- yrs.ago after she had eye surgery at age 6, when dr. Wadman was accessable and handling customer service... he was always kind, attentive and very helpful. Now divorced, her mother and i still share the responsabilities of her care and while covered under her ins., she works full time and cant always bring her to her appt.s. On our recent visit to adjust her rx. and order new contacts, we made arrangements ahead of time for her mother to pay the co-pay via phone. However, when she wasnt available on the first attempted call, we were informed we could not leave untill the payment was received and the rx. would not be processed if it was not received that day. Surely we are not alone in this modern family dynamic, and i did not appreiciate being made to feel like a criminal or scam artist and our being held for ransom while attempting to provide our daughter with the care she needs. A review of your customer service may be in order.

The staff was very friendly but the prescription isnt right. Everythings blurry. I was rushed through my eye exam. I understand covid is a concern but allergies still exist, which is what i was suffering from that day. I wont be going back.

We have had several wonderful experiences here. Both of my sons received exams here and I ordered my glasses and my oldest sons glasses from here. They were fantastic with my kids, but most specifically with my 4 year old who was very afraid of the exam but who desperately needed glasses. His glasses are well made, as are mine. We were brought in early for both appointments, my glasses were on time, and my sons (which they warned me might be late due to his prescription and the options we chose) were in almost a week early. Customer service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful, and were very tolerant of my oldests energy levels while we were searching for frames (he was all over the place that day and they were nothing but nice about it). Highly recommend them.

Extremely poor service. Always someone elses fault, the supplier, the delivery, etc. Hope to get my problem solved in the future and move my business somewhere else. If I could I would give them negative stars.Do not go there!!!

The local business, the district and now the regional organization have completely failed. Greenfield sent my glasses to the MyEyeDr lab, who destroyed the original lenses and have not managed with 4 tries to make the correct lenses. Then Greenfield lost my original frames. It was then bumped it to district manager, who assured me I would get a proper replacement, but has not responded to calls in over a month. 6 months after my initial visit, I still have no glasses. Avoid My Eye Doctor. Go anywhere else.Followup: It would be great if someone could find my glasses or actually reply directly to me or return my phone calls. This has been going on for 6 months, with dead silence from the district manager for the last month. Yet within hours of my posting this review, there is is followup posted, but still no one has returned my calls, *found* my glasses or provided compensation.Whatever you do, do not give them your glasses or frames and ever expect to see them again2nd Followup. No one at patient relations has been able to persuade the district manager that he should return phone calls. This organization is completely unresponsive. They have lost/destroyed a $1000 pair of glasses and are not taking this seriously. Do not do business with MyEyeDr

Many week delay in receiving my glasses two years in a row. Zero communication about the delays. The doctors here are fine. Go elsewhere to get glasses.

Had an appointment today and from the man behind the counter to the tech, doctor and eyeglass sales person I was treated with respect. They all answered my many questions knowledgably and politely AND accepted my insurances. I look forward to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses in 2 weeks. Sometimes you just need to know what questions to ask!Changing my rating to 3 stars for the office and 0 for whoever they have making the lenses. Been waiting over 2 weeks and called to find out what was going on. Was told they just have to be checked in. No phone calls, called again and told BOTH PAIRS were screwed up and itll be another week.

They have changed ownership, and theyre awful! I had to have my lenses remade twice. The original trifocal was useless, so they changed them to a progressive (for an upcharge) and I couldnt focus with the reading part at all, though Id done fine with progressive lenses from another shop. Finally they agreed to just change them to bifocals--which I had seriously overpaid for-- and when they came, they were missing the magnets for the custom sunshade clip. Then the manager claimed they had told me there would be no magnets! Crazy, because I would never have agreed to change lenses if they had told me that, I need my shades. They dont sell or service the clips anymore. After blaming me for their mistake, they eventually agreed to a PARTIAL refund. Stay away!AFTER receiving their response below, I contacted them to see if they would put my money where their mouth is and refund the remainder of what I paid. They said no and shut the door on it. So any prospective customer should know their words below about service and satisfaction are completely insincere.

Visit to doctor to get prescription was smooth with no problems. Measuring a prescription is easy with the tech these days. My experince with getting the glasses was not so smooth. I decided to get progressive lenses, since my prescription is weak. I discovered that 1/4 of the field of view is out of focus. In the lower (reading) portion of the lens, anything from the center to the periphery is out of focus at *any* distance. That entire region of the lens is useless. When I returned to let them know something was wrong, the manager said this problem was normal. One would think the sales person would have explained this at the initial appointment instead of letting me discover this on my own. And when I picked up the lenses, the sales rep just bagged up the glasses, case, and cleaner, handed it to me, and I walked out. No testing at all. When I suggested they should warn prospective buyers of progressives that 25% of the FOV will be useless, the manager said that would affect sales. She also was condescending, and said she was trying to educate me.So after paying top dollar ($670), now I know their priority, and I know the manager is rude. (And now so do you.)Ive returned the progressives for single vision lenses, which are $200 less.I am also ordering a pair online for about 1/3 the price at My Eye Dr. If I have to endure lousy service, I might as well save a few hundred bucks in the process.
