Unfortunately we have a 5k clunky elliptical. Buy the service plan because you will need it. I’ve had service out many times. When do you call something a lemon? We bought Octane brand. The device squeaks and clunks when used. The service folks are fine. Disappointed with Johnson as they know this is a known problem……I recommend you avoid them and find a different vendor at all costs.

Garbage place to buy equipment. They sold me a broken bike, put my phone calls off for about a year. Lastly, they told me Id have to pay labor costs which were high on a exercise bike that was broken (screen) when I bought it.

The employees were helpful and honest and I was finally able to find some plates here.

We just purchased our Matrix TF50 treadmill here this evening. Working with Ian was a great experience as he was friendly, patient, and able to answer all of the questions we had about the different brands sold in store.

I purchased a treadmill from Johnson Fitness in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Upon entering the store, I was promptly and politely greeted by Emilio Paez, Fitness Consultant. He was attentive to me as a potential customer, and knowledgeable about the products on the salesfloor. Emilio allowed me to try the treadmill and also discussed various options for warranties, servicing, etc. While I did consider going elsewhere to look at similar products, his Customer Service delivery was second to none. I felt comfortable with the proposed price range, and did not feel pressured to make a purchase. I made an informed decision, and Im pleased that I will be receiving my treadmill soon. I would definitely recommend this Johnson Fitness location, as well as working with Emilio!

Purchased a machine and was told I would receive it on a said date (5 days later). Had to find a vehicle that would fit the machine for that date. I called them and and they told me they were doing some inventory thing. Now the machine wont come for at least another week. Guy over the phone was whatever when I explained my situation and the difficulty in finding/paying for a vehicle for pick up. Wont come back after I finally get my machine. Good luck everyone!

Highly recommend it. Talk to Andy, hes the day manager. I didnt have a lot to spend and after a terrible experience at Sears he actually took the time to show me some of the lower end models (which, on their website you can find out exactly what they sell and research reviews on other sites to see what current owners think) and explain the features. I knew pretty much what I wanted and bought it on the spot. They have their own warehouse in Racine, which is closer than a lot of places that sell treadmills in the area, and are willing to work around your schedule. They gave me a three hour window, all when I was off work, and were right in the middle of that window when they shown up. Service was excellent and the guys that set it up (for free, I might add), were pretty cool about taking care not to mess up my house and making sure everything worked right and re-explaining it to me before leaving. Overall: zero complaints. Look for these guys first if youre trying to buy a treadmill. They stock great brands at great prices, and theyre locally owned so they care about the customer. Would gladly do business again.

Great customer service, they definitely understand what the customer needs and will not try to over sell. We got a great deal on a used bike and they went out of their way to make sure it fit in our car and we had the right tools to put it back together when we got home. Would definitely go again for any other needs that come up.

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also respectful about the price range I was trying to stay within.

Sales people were attentive and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about their equipment. We did not end up purchasing from them and felt no pressure from sales person

Purchased a massage chair. Sales rep spent time, had us try things, gave us time to talk. Manager came out and thanked us for our purchase.
