I despise their new way of doing business. I need a basic oil service scheduled and get routed to a dude in Tennessee that proceeds to quote me a $9000 part that I do not need. Just oil and filter dude, like a car!
Always a headache. Today the phone hangs up when I select 1 for parts/service. Hard to believe this is a large company.Edit 10-19-21No one answers the phone and can’t get a call back. How are you suppose to maintain equipment if unable to order parts? Think twice before specking their equipment on your job.
This Ingersoll Rand service and parts center has always been ready and able to help with getting the correct parts or service needed. Ive been a customer of theirs for a couple of decades now
Friendly staff and easy to work with. Clean loading bay. When I pick up equipment, the staff is always moving with a purpose.
Absolutely the worst experience with a large company I have ever dealt with. I have been in contact with them for 8 months now. Parts dept is a joke, cannot get an order right, they put you on hold for 30 minutes and never get back to you. Spend your money elsewhere
