Mishelle & the staff are phenomenal! Mishelle went above & beyond my expectations. She gave me her personal # as well as researched my element for our oven & gave me excellent advice. They were recommended to me & I will definitely pay it forward!!

Called at 4:59 when they close at 5:00 and Mishelle went above and beyond to find the parts for my dryer she even gave me her personal number to make sure they were correct since i didn’t have the model number with me…I will be using them in the future!!

John Michael & Associates appliance repair service ordered a part for my washing machine for me to pick up at Cashwells. The part arrived on time and when I picked it up, the employees were friendly and helpful. It is apparent they take great pride in their business and give great customer service.

Although short staffed the service was excellent and efficient and I got want I needed.

I was needing an answer to why my dryer ran with no heat.I was advised to go to Cash well. Yes it was great advise. When I called and talked with Mike. He was so helpful. They had the parts and told me what to expect when changing the thermostat. My dryer is now working good as new.
