Becky was super helpful taking my same day delivery order! Designs North Florist is my go-to florist ever since I received a bouquet from them. I have sent several of their bouquets because I know they will be gorgeous! Excellent delivery service as well!

Lisa exceeded every expectation I had going in. She was so fun to work with to figure out exactly what I wanted for my wedding bouquet and went above and beyond. I loved working with Designs North for my wedding! I met with Lisa to discuss our vision for the day and she was so attentive to our wishes and budget. She showed me so many flowers and let me play with different arrangements until it was just right. Everyone from Designs North was so easy to work with, responsive to e-mails and willing to come see our venue to map things out and work with our other vendors to make sure everything worked well together. On the day of the wedding, everything was delivered on time and turned out so beautiful. I couldnt have been happier and I would recommend Designs North to anyone needing beautiful floral arrangements and decor.

3 stars bc they actually delivered on day requested. Flowers werent as nice and fresh looking as online picks and advertised a brown plush bear got white. Anyway my wife was very pleased for the surprised gifts and effort but folks, check all reviews and instead of going online for uncertainty at best products, go to local Flourist to see in person what ur getting for the money and have it delivered that way. Always thought 1800 flowers were more of a respectful type vendor but also didnt realize they used other vendors to do their work after spending alot of money either. Hope this will help and definately do your research first of you expect the best!

What a shame they do not have negative stars to rate you guys, you would receive -10! I ordered a medium size white basket dish garden with multiple live plants and instead received a tiny brown ceramic bowl with small very brown and dead plants and a bit of live plants of only 3 varieties instead of the many promised to receive. It DID however have a wonderful pretty large translucent green bow the size of the tiny ceramic bowl to cover all the dead ivy it was pierced through. What an absolute joke of over $63.00 product you attempted to pass off as decent!!! Shame on you!!! How do you stay in business sending out such inferior products such as this?👎👎5/25/21 update...BTW your tiny ceramic bowl of a few plants is now completely dead, it didnt even make it a month!👎👎🤣

I would NOT recommend anyone use this florist or have this florist as a option if buying flowers from an online vendor. My sweet boyfriend used this florist ( he does not live in Greensboro) and this is what was delivered for Valentines Day. As you can see one flower was missing a petal and the other lily was withered and not fresh. Needless to say, the flowers looked horrible after one day. I emailed the florist and no response. Please take your business elsewhere.

I ordered flowers today for one of my providers for her birthday and it looks nothing like the picture and not the amount of flowers I paid for. I ordered the premium bouquet and it looks like the basic and not arranged very well. Very disappointed and embarrassed!!

My sister sent us a beautiful money tree plant from your florist for Christmas. It arrived in a lovely basket with a colorful Christmas bow. The plant is absolutely gorgeous, fresh and green. Thank you for sending the perfect plant. Merry Christmas!

Ordered a Blue Hydrangea for a friends birthday through tele-flora and when my friend sent me the picture of what they received, it was nothing close to what I ordered. I gave two stars because the plant was at least alive, but ugly. Why advertise something you can’t offer. Upset because this was supposed to be a surprise and was VERY expensive.

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because I genuinely loved their flowers. I am a repeat customer, ended up using them when my usual florist closed early due to COVID. My first experience was great. My last experience (feb 13th) was horrible. I received horrible customer service over the phone from Ms. Lisa. Her reason for being rude and handling me in such a way I still have a hard time understanding, maybe it was my voice, who knows. But being that I am returning because I enjoyed the flowers and the service just ticked me off a little more than usual. She took my order as if it were an inconvenience to her to be taking my order. She told me they didn’t take cash payments (which I just paid cash 2 weeks prior with my last order), I understood that, but she then took my card information and didn’t even let me know a price on my order. I call back to get the price and she makes the slick comment of “I can adjust your order to fit your card” not knowing that she is talking to a business owner who provides great customer service, and this is why it really bothered me that I was being handled like this when I’m trying to spend my hard earned money. Whoever the owner is I hope that you do not allow her to take orders over the phone because it seems she only has good service when dealing with specific clientele

I ordered the first picture from Teleflora so I had no idea which florist they would choose. However, I wish I had known as I wouldve cancelled my order ahead of time in looking at the prior reviews. I ordered the first picture and the second picture is what was delivered by Designs North Florist. I paid for a full bouquet and the recipient received not even half a bouquet. This seems to be common practice for this florist in looking at the prior reviews. Will never do business with Teleflora or Designs North Florist & Interiors.

I called and asked for an urn spray as my brother had been cremated. I only knew I waned yellow roses and left the other flowers to their designer. Wow!!! It was absolutely breathtaking and the perfect tribute to my brother!! Thank you Northside!!

Would not recommend ordering through online vendor. The flowers they deliver are nothing like what you pick out online and pay for. My parents spent extra to get my favorite flowers for my birthday sent to me and what I received was NOTHING like what they ordered after two attempts.

My daughter ordered the upgraded Floral Treasures Bouquet, through 1-800-flowers. What I got was grocery store flowers. Shameful. Why do we have pictures to choose from?

Designs North made my daughter’s wedding bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful! It held up and stayed fresh looking well past the wedding day. Will definitely be back for my floral needs! Very happy customer here!

BEWARE EVERYONE!!They delivered flowers to somebody ??? That lives around my recipient I guess, because she never received them. They were emailed before 8:00 am this morning to re-deliver to correct address-won’t return email or answer back!Shame on you!!!Thanks for completely ruining the birthday present and making me look like a fool.You never called the recipient as you told me you would to get directions (Casey) just left it somewhere and said it was delivered.I hope you are taken off the National florist list.BEWARE EVERYONE

Be careful what you order and be sure the recipients are getting what you think you are paying for! My parents sent me flowers and they ordered and paid for the premium bouquet and what was delivered was a very minimal bouquet. They offered to send another but they never did. I wish my parents knew to look up reviews before ordering because it looks like this is not the first time this is happened with them.

My fiancé who lives in a different state arranged a bouquet of roses to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The picture that was shown to him didn’t look at all like what he ordered. In fact, he has ordered 12 roses and I only received 9. Either way, I was happy with the flowers and the leaves were very interesting because they had an interesting design on the bottom of the leaf instead of the top. The bottom of every leaf was full of black dots. Over time these black dots got bigger and bigger and the leaves turned yellow after two days. I looked up what type of leaf this was and it turns out that all the black dots are fungal growths. I’m so so upset by this because my roses didn’t last more than 2-3 days. Everything withered and died. I wouldn’t recommend this company and would be very careful! These roses cost $75 and walmart ones would have lasted longer.

My daughters wedding was June 1, 2013. It was a joy to work with Lisa at Designs North. She listened to my daughters choices for flowers and provided helpful suggestions. The bouquets, corsages, alter arrangements and reception flowers were beyond beautiful! I received numerous compliments throughout the evening. I would totally recommend working with Lisa at Designs North for anyone planning their wedding!

The reviews from a few years ago seem to be much better than the ones from the past few months. My fiancé who lives in a different city sent me some flowers and they did not match the picture that was on the 1- 800 flowers website. When they redelivered the flowers to me today (using the correct flowers) the arrangement was sparse at best. I was supposed to have 6 roses but only received 4. Please do not spend your money on someone you love with this vendor. They do not seem to take pride in their work.

Always help out in a pinch for a simple bouquet. Tasteful and artsy arrangements
