We celebrated here the birthday of our son in December 2018. What we liked: a fairly spacious, clean, well-equipped game room. An animator with an interesting program that all children liked (our child usually does not like mass events, but here he played with pleasure). Delicious pizza, pies and manti. They cook right there, everything is hot and fresh. Cons: to modify the room in the kitchen, it is very uncomfortable and generally not well thought out: decorate the walls, cold floor, no tablecloth, etc. I would also like there to be staff who watch the table, since parents and guests are busy with children and in general came to rest. But, from similar establishments that exist in Almaty, this is the best in my opinion. It can be seen that people are trying to do not only for the sake of money.
Convenient place for a childrens party. Roomy enough for 15 kids plus adults. The rooms are well thought out and decorated, you can both play and eat. The staff are friendly and helpful.
They celebrated the birthday of their son, 6 years old, on May 29. Everything would be fine, it would be possible to turn a blind eye to the fact that it’s time to redecorate it and that the waitress, who had previously agreed on the provision of services, did everything a favor .... and what she took with her two children who participated in contests and received prizes intended for our children, which annoyed everyone and thought that they were our guests and they simply did not have enough gifts, then they had to take away from these children and give to their own, as they were offended. The administration acted as if it were the norm. The animators tried, of course, but rather weakly. From one thing the pants fell all the time and we all admired his underpants.As a result, when we left, we remembered in the car that we had forgotten the gift, I returned, and the waitress’s girl’s son played perfectly with this gift, it was even inconvenient to pick it up. (When we arrived home, we found out that there wasn’t enough set of dinosaurs, they called right away, to which I was told that maybe your guests took away or you lost along the way (((.Since I escorted all the guests personally, even assuming so)))) although all the very decent people and the box was huge, so that none of our friends had this gift.
