I’ve been in Greensboro for 8 years and iBeauty is my go-to store! They have an assortment of wigs, braiding hair, and products. Their store associates are so nice in helping you find whatever you need. I have never left empty handed when shopping there 💁🏾‍♀️

Do not spend your money in this store. I bought three bundles, different sizes only needed one. I didn’t notice on the receipt, no refunds. I called and asked could I merely just swap out for a different length. They wouldn’t be loosing money would pay the difference. The jerk who actually helped me locate the hair said no exchanges either and I spent close to 200.00 in the store. I said fine, I will not purchase anything else from this store. He responded that’s fine and hung up. I will continue to tell all my friends to not purchase at this store and let them post reviews.

Am happy that they actually carry ModelModel, just not in the short length I desire. I have found no one else in this area who carries ModelModel wand curls crochet.

This store requires a minimum for debit cards. I reported them to Visa. They refused my purchase because I didn’t want to add something to make my $1.50 balance turn into over $2. They refused to make an exception for the minimum and refunded my money(An exception LOL). Everytime they impose a minimum on debit REPORT THEM TO YOUR CARD HOLDER (quick google), this is bad business. I will be shopping Black owned going forward where there is NO minimum!

Since I moved to Greensboro This is probably the first beauty supple store i check when i need something . BUT TO THE OWNERS!!! Please stop putting so much dang tape on the products. I get you want your sensor to be on but it dont need that much type on top of the sensor. The tape messes up the outside of the product whether it is the case for a wig or bottle/ lip product !!

Excellent customer service. I came 6/8/2020 and bought 84’ xpression hair. Normally, I don’t shop at this hair store and normally I don’t buy hair this long. I usually go to the beauty world on East Bessemer but I was tired and just needed braiding hair. When I was checking out -the black girl at the cash register was extremely nice. On 6/9/2020 I opened the braiding hair and realized that I couldn’t easily separate the hair. I was extremely upset. I called up there and spoke to Mrs Unni and she told me to come in. She walked me through how to easily part the hair & that I needed to use a hanger for longer braiding hair. She was extremely nice about it and was patient with me. I appreciate her helping me understand why this hair was tangled so easily. She didn’t have to do that, especially since the store was busy. I am definitely going to come back just because of how nice she was to me and how understanding she was.

This Beauty Supply Hair store is huge and has what your looking for, and for a reasonable price. The quality of hair is top notch and the hair care products sold here are all name brand. I spent under $30 getting everything I needed for my hair appointment and was satisfied. Great staff here. No public restrooms. Wheelchair friendly.

The staff is always very helpful on every visit.On my last visit, I was told where I could purchase the product for a cheaper price and she gave me instructions on how to use the product for best results. I bought the item from iBeauty because I really appreciated the great service I received.

They have a wide array of hair. The hair is organized well. The store is always clean. All items a front facing and easy to find. I continue to shop there because of the service. Other beauty supply stores tend to have staff hovering, but can’t help you find anything. The staff was genuinely friendly.

This store is a beauty superstore. You can find many imported hair care and beauty items, but be prepared to pay extra for the convenience. I prefer to make my hair care purchases from small minority-owned businesses or online. Staff is courteous

Prices are kind of high, but you do get a good variety, prices are still pretty high though for example the Aunt Jackies Knot on My Watch is $7.99 at this store but at Target same product is $6.40. The staff could be friendlier. Customer service needs work. Their not verse in Google pay or Apple Pay. Which is terrible because this feature has been out for years now and they need to get with the knowledge of this feature. I was able to use the feature in other visits with this store with the African American staff, but this recent visit the Asian werent as friendly, they argued that their machines are not compatible, but thats not true. Ive used it here before several times. I asked nicely and suggested if they would just try it and the lady responded no! *The worst thing that could have happened was that it wouldnt have worked, and I would have just used my physical card, but they werent even open to trying it with a returning paying customer. Not sure if Ill be back, considering customer service is very important to me.

Good customer service. Associated greeted me upon entering and leaving. There are several associates who walk around to assist with finding items and are knowledgeable about products. They do give refunds if items have been unopened and unused as well. I definitely will return when I need items in the future. Great selection as well.

I shop at iBeauty often and I like this store. Its huge so they have a large selection of product offerings to choose from. The staff is really nice there too. They have a wide variety of crochet hair and draw-string ponytails, which I buy often. What I dont like about this store, is the markup on the prices. You can get the same products at Walmart or Target for much cheaper then they sell it for. If Walmart or Target can carry the same products cheaper oh, then that tells me that they can too. It makes one wonder if they are taking advantage of the black community, because thats who shops there mostly. But thats just my two cents. Overall, a friendly staff with a large variety of products to choose from. Youll definitely find everything you need there.

Customer service is good but very disappointed that if you are using credit for more than $20.00 that they want to see and record your driver license number. There are definitely other options that doesn’t require such personal information.

This is my go-to place when I have to pick up something last minute. They keep their store stocked. It is VERY rare that youd need something and its not available in store to purchase. I cannot lie, I am an online shopper that loves a great deal, but even in a pinch the prices are reasonable to an extent. The staff is great, but they do seems to have a HIGH turnover rate, but as a business they treat their customers with respect and will do anything to help.

I had the best time purchasing my first wig! Toni was an absolute joy helping me locate the right fit for me. We laughed and enjoyed my first experience together, I could not have asked for better customer service from all the girls, but especially Toni. Wide variety of hair to choose from. The owner was very helpful. I bought an eta pack of hair that I didnt use and she allowed me to return it for a full refund. Very clean and organized store. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I havent tried their wigs yet... Thatll be next though

My go-to beauty supply store in Greensboro. They have a wide selection of products and the staff is helpful and knowledgable. I did have a bad experience in the past when I noticed one of the workers kept following me to make sure that I wasnt stealing. That only happened once thankfully.

I have been shopping with iBeauty since they opened! All products are of great quality, staff is always ready to help and answer questions to assist with purchases! My best and favorite wigs have come from iBeauty as they have a variety of selections to choose from. This particular visit, I was unsure of which wig style I wanted. There was a young lady that was very patient with me and walked me through trying on THREE different wigs (I’m indecisive lol). All the while, she complimented me and made me feel good about what I wanted to purchase. She is a great addition to the iBeauty team and deserves to be applauded for her patience, professionalism, and knowledge of the stores products! That is what I call great salesmanship!!! I dont know what these other reviews are talking about but, I shop at Ibeauty for my girlfriend and get the best customer service, the girls there really know their stuff. They also have a great selection of hair and hair products to choose from. Definitely a thumbs up.

Never again will I shop here! I was in the store for less than five minutes to purchase two hair care products that my normal store was out of. I was literally walking to the checkout when the manager, Miss Onnie I was informed was her name later, walked up to me and begin to mention that my umbrella was leaving a puddle and that I should leave it at the register. I informed her I didnt see a puddle and was literally walking to the register to check out, not as Im on my way I was literally checking out at the register. She then placed her hands on my arm and removed my umbrella from my hand and as she walked away continued talking about a puddle. I have called several times to get contact information to file a formal complaint and continue to get the run around none associate actually told me Im pretty sure she wont give you that info, Ive only seen him twice, you could come up here and talk to her shes really nice. The manager handles it all. This is unacceptable. In what world could she think that was ok. There was no signage to leave umbrella at the door and I spoke to several other associates who had NOTHING to say about the umbrella. There is no reason or justification for her putting her hands on me or removing my property from my hands.Never again will I shop here!

I definitely supported this place MANY TIMES, but this visit left me with a bad taste. I went to buy a human hair wig and was told I have to try it on in the front of the store with a handheld mirror..meanwhile the difference in price was only $30 from a synthetic...I asked the manager if she felt threatened that I would steal it, take my license as collateral or stand there and watch me. Ive been to ibeauty MANY times, but if they cant understand the reason why mostly ALL places that sell wig are located discreetly for privacy, then they dont need my money. Just found out about Personal Treasures Beauty Supply on Holden Rd...thats where I will be going from now onAnd its a BOB!

This place is hit or miss. Popular products are either out of stock, or they dont carry them (every time I go.) You can usually find something that will work, but it wont be your first choice. They do have a large selection. Store is kinda ghetto, Yall. Just my opinion.

All i have to say is i was treated like a shoplifter. Only went there once will never go again. These people feel like they have plenty of customers so they dont care about being nice. They dont like us stop spending your hard earned money there.

Buy here because it’s a minute from my house. Usually don’t have any issues here they allow you to return pack hair with a receipt if it’s unopened, which has been done a few times. The girl who sold me the hair was they same girl for the return. This time she felt the need to inspect the packaging, then take the hair over to another counter open all 3 packs and then ask the owner if the hair was okay. The packs were sealed shut. So the fact that she opened them and questioned them, completely turned me off from wanting to spend my money there. Never had an issue with anyone else besides her tho.

Worst customer service ever...walked in and was offered no help..had to ask for help. When I walked to the back to see who was helping the young lady was helping another customer. .thats fine but at least acknowledge another waiting customer. .she walked past me twice with no acknowledgement. Finally after standing there waiting she asked did I need help..I brought her lack of customer service to her attention, she got out of sorts..I told her I did not want help from her. Going to store owner about lack of customer service was useless as well..they have some nerve to play KLove..Christian radio, their service is less than God pleasing.

The owner is racist. I was explaining a problem that had occurred and she walked away as if I was not speaking to her. I was going there every week purchasing wigs and accessories. I would encourage anyone that is African American not to spend your money there. Obviously our business does not matter.

BEWARE OF PRICES. I went in today and picked up a pack of clip in’s the price was $54.99. When I got to the register the Asian older lady I’m assuming the owner rang me up and kept looking at the register & the item. Then she went back to the shelf and picked up another pack that said $64.99 she said it was priced incorrectly and she wouldn’t honor the sticker price. $10 is $10 it was their error and I should of got the price printed on the item.
