I’ve been shopping there for years. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the constant need for the employees to follow you around the store.

Worst beauty supply store I’ve ever been in. Was passing by in a hurry so I decided to stop. The customer service was horrible and the owner/worker is mean to kids. Plus they never offer help just watch you like a hawk. Will never shop there again.

Cute cheap accessories. Owners hawk you too much though. Just because Im black doesnt mean Im stealing. Need to see more black owned hair supply stores in our communities. These Asians do not care for us or about us...

If I could give 0 stars, trust me I would. This has to be the worst beauty supply store in Greensboro. I’m never returning here and I tell everybody I know not to go here and support their business. The minute I walked in, I was being watched and followed. Every single item that I picked up to read about, the lady says “this product is good” to EVERY product. No offense lady, but you seem like you don’t know a single thing about makeup and I definitely did not ask for your input. As the only black woman in the store at the time, I felt like I was the only one being followed and watched, I walked out furious. Go to Unique beauty supply store on N Church street or A’s beauty supply store by W Meadowview (which is right down the street)I’ve never had any complaints and they have the exact same products if not MORE for a better price. This beauty supply store needs to be shut down or take proper customer service tips from their fellow competitors.

I just called to ask a question.. Mentioned I had a back issue and if they would bring the item to the front so that when I come in I can purchase it. The lady had a nasty tone and said absolutely not. I told her I have been a regular customer and she said NO! How rude in a time of COVID. I have bought a lot of items from this store. How dare they treat customers like this. I am African-American and in this time of unrest in the country we don’t need nasty responses. Just be kind to your customers!!

Terrible customer experience. They follow you and watch your every move around the store. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere

Very rude owners recieve nothing but support from the black community yet I see them yell berate and down many of their patrons. Dont deserve one red brown or green dollar or cent just disgusting people and manners

Very rude! 🤬 They think everyone that shops in the store is shoplifting. I never plan to go back again. There are 50 Asian owned hair shops in Greensboro..... This one is the worst. Take your money some place else.

I’ve never been racially profiled until today. I felt like they thought I was going to steal something. From the instant I walked into the store one of the ladies was at my side. I explained I was just looking, however she followed me through every aisle. At first I didn’t truly realize how wrong this was and what was really happening. However when she stopped following me and I had (for the first time since entering the store) been in an aisle by myself, the other lady yelled something at her in another language, immediately the lady who had been trailing me raced to me aisle. I felt very uncomfortable and hurt, because I think they thought I was going to steal something. To test if their treatment of me was truly happening I slipped to the next aisle and the lady came flying behind me, so I wouldn’t be in an aisle by myself. When I had beant down to look at something out of her sight range she raced down the aisle close to me and asked if I needed anything. Cherry on top when I finally said goodbye the woman stoned faced with no kindness said bye. I will not be coming back there.

Very rude people that works there . They watch you like a hawk and when you walk around and pick up and look at something they get mad ... get mad when you feel the type of hair on a wig to feel texture .... wouldn’t recommend at ALL.

Nice supplies the young lady was nice the man was not friendly if it wasnt for that young lady there I would not go there it is out of the way but I dont mind if they are nice I wouldnt want to spend my money in an unfriendly place

Literally will stare you down the entire town you’re there. Even will follow you around. Also they suppose to be a cheaper beauty supply but a lot higher than regular ones.

My go to Beauty Supply store. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of wigs, weave, crochet hair and supples for all hair types.

I dont appreciate how the employees follow you around the store. Its appalling and I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Please do not spend your money here. Never support a business that will disrespect you as soon as you walk in the door.

Always very friendly. Need more human hair wigs in better styles. Some are out dated or made for older women.

I have never had an issue before and was very disappointed at the out come. I purchased a wig within opening the product the snap broke,as soon as I adjusted the strap tried to return the wig immediately and they would not even look at it .I faithfully buy wigs every month.I will take my business somewhere else.

Worst experience EVER! I went in the store and immediately the staff came and stood over me as if I was stealing something. Not everyone that comes into a store steals!!!

Some items are over priced you can find the same items at other stores and save money.

Okay prices not much variety in colors but great help when you need it

It says that they are open on sundays and I drive almost an hour to get there just to see that it was closed!! Fix your hours if youre not going to stick to them!!!
