According to their Google info, they were supposed to be open (said they opened at 11, I arrived at 11:30, they actually dont open until 12 on Sundays). So I came on here to suggest an edit so that others dont have the same issue and then I saw all the negative reviews. Wow! Between using an earlier time to lure me to their location instead of the free-standing Sephora, a more limited selecting of products, and the horrible reviews... Ill take this time to drive to the free-standing Sephora instead (because I had an awesome experience there when I stopped in a few weeks ago, and they dont lie about their hours). And Ill be going to the other location from now on.Also, they have a whole lot of security at this mall. So, that combined with the reviews about so many people being profiled as thieves and treated as such, Im thinking this probably isnt the safest place to shop, even ignoring their low rating.

Good to know my experience wasnt a solidary act. I wanted to come for make up. Even told the sales associate what I came for but I guess she thought we were bums because we got less than the desired service. I regret my purchase that came to 139 in total. That store visit to them was my last. I cant keep supporting establishments that behave this way. Sorry.

I shop at Sephora at least once a month, usually at a different location. Went here today and the sales associate followed me around the ENTIRE time, sneakily watching me to the point I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Would have, if I didn’t have something I HAD to pick up before holiday tomorrow.. other people were in the store that she did not treat that way, she barely paid them any attention.. I don’t know what I did to attract negative attention to myself but I was extremely embarrassed and put off by this experience. Bought the one thing I needed and left, instead of continuing to try and find a new eyeshadow pallet I wanted. Will never go back. Didn’t want to give my money to someone who so clearly assumed I was going to be a thief, and made sure the entire store thought the same. I’m a manager at an automotive dealership here in the triad area.... I don’t need to steal.. and never have in my life. Lost a customer for good.

Staff was very helpful. I was having trouble choosing the proper foundation shade and an employee made several recommendations that addressed not only the best color for my skin, but also the better choice for my less than youthful complexion.

My experience at Sephora four seasons is bitter sweet. I dont frequent there due to my not being a local, but I have been there twice in less than a month recently. I have always been a high quality make-up user but recently I have been having issues with make up. On my first visit to Sephora Levonne helped me and was very professional and patient but was pulled away from me by an associate probably due to my excessive talking at the time. On my second visit I was being helped by a new associate when her manager made a head gesture to her that made me feel as though she was being told not to assist me. Nevertheless, Dalen, a wonderfully professional and patient young lady came to my rescue. She was so personable and kind. Even though she had other customers, she excused herself and came back to ensure that I was comfortable and not rushed in making my selection. She went the extra mile to help me during this stressful time. I am sincerely thankful to Dalen and wish that good customers can have great experiences like the one provided for me by Dalen. Great job JC Penny For recruiting an excellent customer service associate : )

Honestly, the worst Sephora I’ve ever experienced and I shop A LOT at Sephora (Rouge member). I know for a fact that if you buy something at a free standing Sephora you are allowed to return it to a JC Penny Sephora and this store has turned my return away on two occasions and told me to take the item back to the store I purchased it from. They are some of the rudest Sephora employees I’ve ever dealt with. I will never go back!

Some of the rudest sales associates. I ran into this site grab a new pallet that had just came out. Walked in I had no makeup on not a person acknowledged me a girl walked in after me full face and was greated immediately. Took forever to find a brand new major release pallet the sales associates could not even locate it. Will never go back

Visited this location today for the first time today. It was a weekend, right before school starting, and was therefore very busy. There was only one sales associate working, Cyndey. Although the store was packed and she was very busy, Cyndey took the time to speak with me about the different brands, help match a foundation to my skin tone, answer all my questions, and just all around offer excellent customer service. She even helped me get signed up for a Sephora rewards card even though I know that took extra time. It is this kind of customer service and attention to detail that will make me return!

I asked one of them a question, and instead of answering my question, the sales associate started doing her makeup 😂. She eventually answered my question as she kept doing her makeup. I will never go back there again.

I am a huge sephora fan and a Rouge member. This is by far the worst Sephora I have ever visited. The associate (male, glasses) was extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable. I know I probably do not look like your average Sephora customer, as I have several visible tattoos, but I deserve the same respect as any other customer. Highly dissatisfied; I will never return to this Sephora.

Horrible customer service. I called to see if they had a product available and after inquiring I got hung up on them when I called back Marqueta answered with the rudest tone. When I explained my experience she did not apologize at all just asked do you want us to hold it for you.... I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager and proceeded to go back and forth with me. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Two female employees were there. I’m not a makeup fan by any means I don’t wear it but my friends do and they were not greeted and no one ever asked to help. I waited at the register for one rep to finish ringing someone up and she never acknowledged me when she got done, the other rep had to tell her. We just ended up leaving and they didn’t purchase anything.
