Fye is a good place for anime fandom and music.

Great store with a lot of unique items you cant find elsewhere.I like that they sell the uncensored version of cd/records. And Im impressed with the amount of branded items on sale for fair prices. This is an a great place to get gifts for certain folks.My biggest issue is with the loyalty program they push. It gives you ten percent off and is free to start but then cost over 10 bucks a month. That is just too high for any store loyalty program.

I dont know how this store is still in existence. Crazily over-priced on basically everything. The clearance section was buy an item get one 50% off. Thats not clearance, thats just a BOGO deal. The only thing I can imagine keeping this franchise afloat is that they have the Funko POP market cornered. (This has nothing to do with the staff at this store, its more about the franchise)

Variety of merchandise from cartoon merch to anime to old time classics, from food to CDs to shirts/hoodies! Love this store! Its bad for your wallet though 😂

When we went to enter the store the staff was rude. The staff acted hostile and made it uncomfortable to be there.

I love this store even if they are over priced on alot of things.

Trick you into getting a discount an then you have to pay for a subscription. Didnt try to fix anything told us wed have to call an cancel it ourselves.

They tell you they are signing you up for a FREE reward program. Its not free. After a couple months they charge you like $15, for NOTHING. DO NOT DRINK THE KOOLAID THAT IS THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM.

Given the digital age we are now in FYE isnt as awesome as it was in the 90s and early 2000s. But its still a neat store. More like a novalty shop these days.

Over priced used DVD s can buy at Walmart new for less

(Written during COVID19 Pandemic 2020) Great store. Its not just about music and movies, it has merchandise for your favorite media. Staff is friendly and considerate, and all customers are mindful of keeping distance.

I miss when these, along with On Cue and Sam Goody used to be everywhere! What a fun store!

If buying a used movie, make sure to check the case at the store. Purchased a used Blu Ray movie and there was only a DVD in the case. Cashier didnt even seem to care even though the store put it on the shelf that way.

This is probably my favorite store! I love everything they have to offer! Everyone is very nice to!

It was more for my kids but it was pricey to me and it seems to always have the same items. But Im not a big bit in person or in store shopper so please dont take my opinion to heart 100%..

Husband was followed all over the store by one particular person. When confronted he ignored us and continued to follow us. I will not spend my money here again. Unfortunately I cant give them no stars.

Its only getting two stars because the prices are so high its ridiculous but the staff was great.

Very unusual store they have cool modern stuff

Dont appreciate being misled into signing up for stuff at the register only to find out the next day in an email its expensive and takes for ever and numerous calls to get out of.

Many products are not priced, such as the Funko pop figures. Since I shop on a budget, I did not buy a few items I might have. Im not going to bother a cashier during Christmas shopping to look up each item.

Store was huge and clean the staff was very friendly and offered a lot of things I couldnt find anywhere else. Awesome

Love shopping here, because they always have a lot of the superhero and TV collectibles that a lot of other local places dont carry. Most of the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the items the store carries.My only complaint is pricing, but if its something I can find at a better deal elsewhere I just dont buy here. This is really my only reason for four stars and not five. Otherwise, I love the place!

I would of gave 5 stars but I was followed the whole time I was in the store. There were other customers in the store as well but I was the only one followed. I did not appreciate that. I am not a thief. I am 37 yrs old and work 2 jobs. Not to brag but, I have a pocket full of money with no need to steal a thing.

They have tons of anime, movie, and T.V. collectibles and memorabilia. The whole back wall is all funko pops and high end action figures. All in all they have very cool merchandise.

FYE is worth checking out. I got record player and some records there. All of it was reasonably price and the staff was nice. Ill be back.

They have some of everything! They ALWAYS have a sale running. They carry several hard to find items like Reptar cereal although generally it is way overpriced.What I dont like is that they are slimming down their inventory of CDs. You can still order them online & have them shipped to the store for free shipping but that is just another step to take.We do personally shop there quite a bit though. ❤ the clothing options!

They have everything a movie lover could want, and even some anime merch. Pretty nice place, just wish they had a little more variety.

Loved this store.! They have an abundance of merchandise, from keychains, to food, to music, to t-shirts and collectibles.! I could spend a fortune in this store. The associates were also very friendly and helpful.

FYE is a very good place for people who are interested in being real with themselves.

This place has a nice selection of music and memorabilia. Theres very much a kawaii vibe with the plushies and anime merchandise. The staff was polite and professional. The store was clean and well organized. Discounts were solid. My wife was able to buy some cute beanies and a plush doll to make a gift for her friend. I would recommend.

They r rude and Disrespectful

The manager on duty was extremely rude. Im not from this area so I was unaware the mall closed so early. Instead of telling me they were about to close in a few minutes, he told me not to mess up anything he had already fixed.

Love going in and pop hunting. I love looking at the clearance table.

The store was very clean. Some of the items were switched around and disorganized in the CD section but that could be due to customers. The cashier was helpful and friendly.

Great selection of music, movies but a bit pricey. They sell tshirts and other merchandise with anine characters, movie and game characters on them . I bought a pair of discounted earbuds that work great from them. They sell used movies and new as well. In store credit cards you can get and the employees are friendly and helpful.

One of the workers, I guess she was in charge came off as very rude. Her attitude towards me was really bitchy. I was friendly and calm but she gave me a huge attitude which wasnt needed.
