I can understand outside employees not wearing a mask. But there was no plexiglass or mask on inside employee at the time that I went. It’s like I wanna trust that you did a good job, But if you can’t think about the health of your customers, how can I trust your service. I gave it four star because I was in and out and In in a short time. But some of the inside staff didn’t even follow the 6 feet rule when talking to customers from what I observed while waiting.

If looking to get your oil changed without an appointment this is the place to go. It is first come first serve unless you make app. But they honor the Ford protection plan if you purchased one for your vehicle. The staff is friendly and efficient. Only had to wait an hour and a half on a Saturday for tire rotation and oil change. If there is something wrong that they cannot fix themselves they will let you know and make a note on your receipt.

Their oil change prices are the best for FORDS. They use the right oil so there is no question about warranty issues etc. I took my 2018 f150 there with the 5.0 and it takes nearly 9 quarts of oil. I took my explorer which took almost half as much oil to a typical oil change place and the truck was cheaper. They do offer a military discount on top of that.

I had a leaking tire,was a nail, oil change, tires rotated, air cabin filter changed. When I called at 11:05 they said it was a little slow I was there at 11:35 out at 1:15, service manage and Megan are too notch!

Megan & the guys are great! I was serviced within 20mins, completely satisfied with the quickness and professionalism of the entire staff.

They do good work but they charge dealership prices. Went for wheel alignment. $130.00 only $60.00 anywhere else in town.

I like quick lane, they always have time to squeeze me in. Theyre super quick, did an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection in under 45 mins.

The folks at quick lane are professional and make sure you feel like your car is in the best hands when dropping it off. I just purchased my pre owned Ford GT350 got my 1st oil change there and have been provided top shelf customer service. Recommend this guys all day long and twice on sunday!
