The best feeling in the world is knowing that you can have a beautiful dress and not have to pay top dollar for it! I will forever cherish my wedding dress from Songbirds. This dress made my wedding so so special.I was able to try on more than 10 dresses during my appointment at Songbirds. I discovered my dress only 10 mins before the end of my appointment. It was on sale for only $400 and it fit me like a glove!! The only alteration it needed was the bottom hem and I was able to do it myself. I tried on several thousand dollar dresses at various boutiques and none of them truly fit me. The best thing I ever did was shop at Songbirds.

I came to songbirds not thinking of finding my dress, but left with the absolute perfect dress for a fraction of the price it was originally. Their selection was great and I was able to try so many, but the first one was the perfect one. So glad that I went here first before going to a salon. We saved so much money and left with an amazing gown for my wedding day.

9-17-21 - This was my first time at Songbirds, but Ill definitely be back if only to meet Kady, and Katy again. These two sales ladies were incredibly helpful, professional, and full of good advice for my sister and I as we shopped for her mother of the bride dress. Note to brides: we saw some amazingly beautiful dresses here, and I get the feeling that the prices are VERY reasonable. I look forward to coming back to see their Consignment selections for myself.

Great staff and place for formal dresses. I got my wedding rehearsal dress from here, my friend got her wedding dress here and my mother in law gets formal dancing dresses here very often. One staff member personally worked on altering the wedding dress, separate from the consignment shop but info available in the store.

I highly recommend this store for anyone needed the perfect dress for the special day. This shop is absolutely incredible. I was out looking for wedding dresses when I called and asked if they took walk ins for bridal gowns. They told me they normally don’t but because they were slow I could come in. I was absolutely amazed at the prices for bridal gowns. A brand new gown that would normally cost 2,000 or even 3,000$ was $699 or less. Every one of them. They have a sale room in the back stocked full of bridal gowns for $150. Everything was either in perfect condition or needed minor cosmetic work, but what wedding dress doesn’t need alterations regardless. I found my perfect dress for only $150. They were such kind people, and understood exactly what I needed and wanted while I was there. They worked with me so I could do a layaway type option for it, because I didn’t want to risk someone buying it. The consultants were so very sweet. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the woman who helped me, but she had the best personality.

I went there for a Mother of the Groom dress in an out of season light blue.. The ladies were so helpful and friendly. I left with a dress for the wedding and also one for the rehearsal dinner, along with shoes that matched both. I will definitely shop there again for future events.

I had the best experience at Songbirds searching for a bridal gown. The ladies there were all so helpful throughout the whole process, helping me understand alterations that could be done with the gown to make it what I wanted. They helped style me with a small belt for the gown, as well as jewelry to compliment the gown. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. I went in helping a friend look for a bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. The entire staff was very helpful and super sweet the entire time we were there.Since the wedding was right the change of seasons they didnt have much in the brides wedding color, but the staff searched the entire to find us some of the closest colors and did an amazing job. (Our brides color had just been sent off to bring in fall colors) Their work really showed how above and beyond they will go, and also the patience they have with each customer.Over all it was an amazing experience and we found the perfect bridal gown.

I just bought my brand new wedding dress for $100 when it was a dress worth at least $800. Now I feel like I can actually afford dress alterations! The quality of dresses here is top notch and better than what you will find at some of the chain stores, but for wildly discounted prices. For example, she is making sure there are plenty of cute Derby hats and dresses for an upcoming fundraiser, during a murder mystery event last year she made sure she had plenty of roaring 20s attire for all, her prom dresses are amazing deals and then there are the wedding dresses - so many FABULOUS wedding dresses! Absolutely phenomenal experience here!! I came to try on wedding dresses for the first time ever, and I couldnt have been more satisfied with my experience. When I got there, they had me fill out a small form of my needs and then took me to another room where all of the wedding dresses hung. The woman gave me some tips, like picking dresses a size or two up depending on the style of dress. I chose 6 different dresses to try on and they took them all back to a dressing room for me and got them ready. They even wrote my name on a cute little dry erase board beside the dressing room I was in. I tried on all the wedding dresses, and one of the women (I wish I had gotten her name because she was AMAZING) was so incredibly helpful. She helped me get into the dresses I needed help with, and showed me accessories that would look good with certain dresses, showed me how to do the bridal twirl. You name it, she did it. I was honestly not expecting too much going into a bridal consignment shop, but I was blown out of the water. Both of these women went above and beyond, giving me so many helpful tips, and answering every question I had. My wedding isnt until 2021, and I had no desire to buy my dress yet, only looking. I fell so in love with my dress and this store that I couldnt pass it up, so I got THE dress here! ❤️ Another huge plus was the fans they have in the dressing rooms! It was so incredibly hot trying on these huge, gorgeous dresses, so the fan helped SO much. And probably the biggest plus to this store, EVERYTHING was less than $700!! I was truly in awe at how many beautiful dresses they had for such a low price, brand new!! I will absolutely recommend this store to anyone and everyone who needs wedding dresses/accessories, or just formal dresses in general! I was so caught up in buying my wedding dress that I didnt even check to see if they had bridesmaids dresses, but I will absolutely be going back to check on that and check out more bridal accessories! I recently had the pleasure of meeting the great people at Songbirds Consignment while shopping with my wife and daughter. While out hunting for my daughters wedding dress, and having very little success, a high-end bridal boutique owner told us about Songbirds and spoke very highly of them. I was somewhat skeptical with images of Goodwill and smells of musty thrift shops in my head, but we decided to check them out anyway.I cant comment on the quality or prices of any merchandise other than the Bridal section but the store in general was very well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They seem to be VERY particular of what they consign. When they led us to the back area where all the formal wear was located I was expecting a few wedding dresses to choose from tucked in a corner. Boy, was I wrong! They had at least 10-20 dresses PER SIZE to choose from and most of them were brand new. We had visited a large well-known bridal store in the area earlier in the day and the off-the-rack dresses were in horrible condition from being tried on by so many brides...make-up stains, broken zippers, etc. and very little to choose from. Every gown she tried at Songbirds was in perfect condition. The most expensive gown she tried was $500, but most of them were in the $400 range. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and helped my daughter through the whole process while also assisting with corsets, veils and other girly accessories that I have no clue about.I would highly recommend Songbirds to any Bride-to-be. Great selection, great prices, great staff. And no musty smells.

Id give negative if I could, poor communications poor subcontractors and lies in response to poor reviews, clames of other family members having great times when they did not and denying any poor experiences. Just go elsewhere, it will be a better experience.

So I came in with two intentions. I wanted to see the quality of clothes as well as inquire about their process so I could sell my wedding dress. I walked in, the owner did not speak and I assumed that she wanted to focus her attention on the woman she was working with. I browsed through the store for about 5 minutes. They definitely have quality products. I would have continued to wait patiently for her to finish yet I hear her say Good morning! I look up to see three women walk in. Now, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I am unsure of why she didnt speak. If you are a business owner you should want to treat all customers with the same courtesy and respect.
