Dont even deserve one star service is bad & most lumber is double price than at other stores

First time there. Every guy there was helpful, patient and kind. This place is like a mans candy store - SO many wonderful things to buy to make the house better, all at the lowest prices, anywhere (even cheaper than salvage places!). Will not be my last time there (though hopefully wont need to go back soon!).

Been going there for years a good place

Very unprofessional and inept. They damage property when they deliver materials, and deliveries are incomplete—missing items. Much of their product (wood) is low quality.No apologies. No follow ups. They don’t care.Bad business. Poorly managed.You’re better off going to a box store like Lowe’s or Home Depot.

TERRIBLE! Highly unprofessional. The WORST customer service anywhere. Upon delivery, my property was damaged (destroyed landscaping, cracked concrete sidewalk, hydraulic fluid stains all over my concrete driveway...), the materials they delivered were poor in quality, and they forgot part of the order. I have made several calls about the damage to my property -- still getting no support or assistance. The dispatch manager acts like its my fault their inept delivery guy damaged my property.I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Many other reputable builders supply companies out there.

Products they have are fine but would absolutely not work with Jason Powers. Work with someone else. He was completely non-responsive and when he did respond he could not of been more rude. He did a terrible job handling our doors, measured most of our windows wrong, and we still have problems we have to sort through due to his carelessness of all of our locks.

Came at 10 min until 4 -- the people could not have been more dissatisfied to sell ME lumber. They complained that I was coming too close to closing time. Sorry that I work 6am till 6 everyday and I had to leave work early to try and make the closing time. Theyre not open on the weekend, either. Ill be going somewhere else to buy lumber next time. Good grief.

Just there to pick up son from work, but I do know theyre a great business, offering quality building materials & service.

Way too slow it takes too long to get materials took me 40 minutes to get two pieces of Base. Some of us have to work for a living
