Really need someone for laundry side bunch of washer and dryer s broke coin machine broke bathroom locked, pizza side needs to cook pizza more serving raw dough, store side not much hep try to do multiple jobs for 10.00 a hour need to hire more people for more money wont be back was great before covid now awful.

It a laundermat lol 24/7 is nice but a lot machines broken. Prices solid and fair. Needs attendant on duty as not clean and no one help if need assistance.

Open 24hrs a day, 30+washers and 30+ dryers, reasonably priced machines and all the basic essentials. 3 TVs and free WiFi.

No attendant, all machine broke and some of them out of order and it’s not a sign saying out of order . I have lost money on washing machine and dryer. It’s nasty in here . machines leaking water all over the floor . machines that are working got clothes in them just sitting there this is ridiculous i won’t do business here anymore. It’s a mess in here I need corp number

Half the laundromat doesn’t work but the employees at the gas station are super nice

1.dry wash fold- only drop off shirts, or pants. No underwear or socks. 2. Watch out for dryers 1, 9, 10, 22, 29, 30. 3. Washing machines are fine. 4. Pick up your dryer sheets. 5. Bathrooms are spotless. 6. Don’t leave bags or clothes unattended somebody will steal it. 7. Staff are kinda friendly, laundry attendants know there job. 8. Don’t litter outside it’s a health hazard. 9. Watch your kids. 10. Return carts to cart area after use. 11. Try not to spill your detergent everywhere for 1 load. THROW YOUR TRASH AWAY. 12. Don’t overload dryer or washing machines. Water will spill out from overload. 13. Respect others, and have a nice wash.

The store itself is okay. As far as the laundromat, it would be much better if half of the washers and dryers were not out of order all the time.

Place is always clean. The machines are well maintained and staff is always on duty there to assist you. I’ve been to other Great Stops in the area that I wouldn’t wash my dog clothes in but this on is a game changer. All of the Great Stops should be held to this locations’ standards

Have utilized the laundry area before. Plenty of different size machines for washing and drying. Lots of tables and carts to move around items and for final sort. Staff is helpful in both areas of the convenience store.

On Monday the 28th Black manager came in and locked all of the bathrooms after two people complained about dryers 29 and other dryer not working. Said to him I need a refund . His response was corporate nor I care if you lost 25 cents and cowardly left the whole store for the day . There was no laudroomattendant between the hours of 415 to 6pm. Told everyone if they want a refund they have to wait 2hours. The dryers are still not working, unacceptable !!

No attendant on site if you have an issue the gas station attendants will direct you to call corporate.They accept debit cards, cash, and credit cards . Not all machines accept cards however.About half the dryers are broken and there are signs up that unattended laundry may be removed so keep your eyes on your stuff . Every time I come into this store for coffee there out. They make it once a day, and when it’s out that it they don’t care to remake any.The worst location in the area

They are nasty, rude, and have no manners. Dont have attendant on site, and when you go to gas station, they act as if they cant help, the employees are so rude. The place is dirty all the time I go. They need immediate improvement with staff and appearance.

One of the lady staff members have a bad attitude, need more dryers and space because some dryers are always out of order and hard to move around, but other than that this place is great and the prices are fair. The laundromat is neat, clean, and very convenient for me..

Error message on washing machine after putting in money, transferred to a new washing machine that flooded the floor and no employee seemed to care. Dryer gave error message after inserting money. Spoke to attendant and was told to wait 24 before coming back for a refund on machines. A lot of random people hanging out that were not washing clothes (I was there from about 2:30am-4:30).

Staff was rude and dismissive - rang up drinks at he wrong price point and acted like we were crazy for pointing it out and argued with us. Cups were stacked all over the counter with crud all over, out of most lid sizes, strewn all over the floor and counters and not the receptacles. I guess if I absolutely needed gas I’d stop here again but I would never mess with anyone inside to pay for anything - the staff working had no clue how to ring up items correctly and they had terrible attitudes.

Im a long haul driver who uses many laundromat. This one is exceptional. Very friendly staff with a well stocked convenience store and a little ceasars kiosk. Machines work well

The store has had incorrect pricing and/or signage and will not honor what is posted. This is not the fault of the customer.

Over all, it is a good laundermat.However, there is a rude, annoying(old lady) staff member who just approaches black and middle eastern. When it comes to her Mexican lot, she cares less.
