Had a security system install on my Nissan NV 17 200 work van. Dropped off van morning hours and Dedona had it done at 5pm. Key fobs work great. Price was giving to me at 199. When I get receipt the subtotal was more than 199. And total came out to 220 plus dollars. If u have 10 to 20 dollars extra you won’t mine but if you don’t just beware.

When I bought my car we took the car to Dedona to have the windows tinted and UV protection on the windshield. Seven years later we brought the car back for 3M paint protection. Just beautiful!!!! We have been amazed with their work. I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent experience at Dedona. I arrived a few minutes early and they were ready for me immediately; showed me all of the options available and even had demonstration panels for me to see the actual difference in heat reduction for each different option. Install was finished exactly when they said it would be, and they went over care and cleaning instructions with me. I had a few questions, and they answered them easily but thoroughly.The price was right in the range that I thought it would be, and they had my vehicle waiting for me right by the door for an easy exit. I chose this business because of the reviews on Google, the reviews were not wrong. I had a 10:30AM appointment my vehicle went into the shop at 10:30AM and came out of the shop at 11:32AM, they told me it would be and hour install. The installation was done on Wednesday Sept. 29th 2021 I had my two front windows and the strip along the top of the windshield done on my 2000 Toyota 4Runner, everything looked fine except a small spot on the strip on the windshield I pointed it out and I was told to wait 7 days and if its still there give them a call. Other then that I will most definitely use this business again, everyone was polite and courteous. The Business was clean and had a clean customer lounge.

I put in a request for a quote on a Saturday evening, first thing Monday morning I got a call from an employee over at Dedona with a quote over the phone and was able to set up an appointment the same week (they were the only people to reach out to me out of 4 others that I contacted) I was in and out in less time than they quoted me at- the guys were professional, knowledgeable and gave some good suggestions. I was able to chose from three options when it came to heat rejection which was great. The establishment was nice and clean and there was a nice area to sit and wait while my car was being worked on. Overall very pleased with the outcome by WRX looks awesome now.

The window tint job is great! Had window film installed on a VW Taos. Check all your doors to make sure they open before you leave! Apparently common for a cable to become disconnected when installing door panel. Had to make a trip back for them to fix my door from where it wasn’t installed properly.

We were able to get in and out very quickly and the windows look great. There’s a small bubble at the bottom of one, but hopefully it will go away after the sun hits it. They have a lifetime warranty so I’m not worried about it. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Brian, Bruce, and all the guys at DeDona live up to their reputation as a top-tier company. Their prices are high, but when you see the results of their work it all makes sense. We had a Jeep up-fitted with a new stereo system and Tesla-style screen for our daughter and the smile on her face was was worth every penny. Very courteous and professional, they handled our demands like gentlemen, made the corrections/adjustments we wanted without complaint or additional charge. When I first consulted them to replace all the interior speakers they told me not to spend the extra money because some of what I already had would be just fine for my application. Great to know that they weren’t trying to upsell me right out the gate! They took the time to walk her through her new stereo and explain all the functionality and adjustments to her. If you want it done right the first time, go see these folks! Will definitely be using them in future for upgrades on other vehicles.

Very happy with the vehicle window tinting that DeDona applied to my car! They were careful to make sure the tinting will pass inspection, and they assured me that the tinting blocks 99% of UV rays (my reason for getting the tinting). They explained very clearly the tinting options and explained how to care for my windows while the tinting cures. These guys made my day. I had issues with my Audi’s head unit and amp. The shop who originally installed it said I needed new speakers and amp. Well I decided to get a second opinion and come to find out the unit and amp were perfectly fine, it had just been installed wrong. It now works as good as new. A large windshield replacement company with a Jingle had replaced my front windshield a couple of weeks ago and disabled my microphone by cutting the wire in half without alerting me to it . .After countless calls and having me go around the world to get estimates I called and Brian gave me an estimate and told me to call back about 1 and he would try to work me in . . I am a Greensboro Person living about an hour and a half away and when I arrived instead of calling He took my keys and brought my. Wow! Every time I come to DeDona, they always manage to impress me! Ive been using their services since 2004. Weve had two different auto-start systems installed. Both lasted 7+ years. Today I had front bumper parking sensors installed on my daughters car. When I mentioned that my auto-start needed to be reprogrammed after my car battery was replaced, they didnt hesitate to help me just as they were about to close on a Friday afternoon. After testing the system, they replaced it and only charged me for the upgraded parts. Ill definitely be back and Id highly recommend them!

Was invited to come earlier than my original appt because they had some cancelations. It still took a little over 2 1/2 hours to get the car back and completed. Otherwise the tint looks great and I can tell a difference in the inside temp. Maybe just a little high on cost, but worth it.

I first came here about a year ago to have the windows tinted in my new car. Any questions, concerns they were very attentive and followed through with their warranty promises! I love their work so much, we brought our newest investment, a costumed built 2010 SS Camaro, and had these guys remove the old tint that was left over and replaced it with new. I had ordered a navigation system for my 2018 Ford Flex and Dedona had been recommended by the dealership to do the install. I called them and they told stop me by once I received it and they would take care of it for me.I was trying to get my car ready for a trip to Florida and I literally had 2 hours to get the NAV system installed. Believe it or not, Bryan got this done in the alloted time. This company and these people are wonderful. They were kind, understanding and extremely professional. Took my daughter’s car to get a backup camera installed. The model I choose was not the proper fit for the vehicle. Got a call from Ryan to explain to me why the rear view mirror could not be replaced along with a alternatives already vetted by him or the team. Choose a solution that was shipped and then installed the next day.Great experience and highly recommend.

They were speedy and the work looks good. I won’t know for sure for 7 more days. I only gave them a 3 because NO ONE in the office was wearing a mask and customers weren’t required to wear them either so I felt very uncomfortable. It is required here to wear masks and that was clearly not being enforced. Other then that I give them a good rating.

The dealership where I purchased the car in 2013 advised that I call DeDona as they even stated that DeDona does superior work with superior products and that the puckering on my car window is out of character for this brand even after 7 years. Brian is great, brought in to troubleshoot sub not working and it was fixed the next day. I have a multi amp system with hidden components that are not easily accessed, but his crew found the cause and replaced the bad $10 part when they could have easily “replaced” some other more expensive component, appreciate the honesty and integrity of this business.

I came in to have them put window tint on my Range Rover and also add a Jbl subwoofer and a Jbl amp to the trunk. Honestly they did an absolutely amazing job, tint looks perfect and the Jbl W3 sounds amazing in the Range Rover. Smooth clean and perfect install, no wires showing and amp is hidden. Bass knob is under the steering column and still accessible but not in the way or looks tacky, It was placed in the perfect area. Dedona is far beyond the best in town and I have done business with other tint & Audio shops in town and had big serious issues in the past. I came to Dedona due to their solid reputation in the area and I was not going to make the same mistake I made with a previous shop to save a couple hundred bucks. Spend the money and be happy and get the job done right the first time. I am beyond happy with their work and I will come back for any other needs and I highly recommend them to anyone 💯

Have used Dedona on many occasions for various vehicles and the quality and professionalism has always been excellent.

I had tint removed and they did a fast poor job. There was residue left over and they did not put the rear back light back on correctly. Also left the windows wet from the steam. It would not recommend this place to anyone. Also added fees for Window tint hardware which was not needed because they were not putting tint back on. BEWARE! First sign of a crook is that they take a $25 deposit when you make an appointment.

Told me to come in to get a quote they could have given me by phone. In addition to having to wait quite a while for the salesperson to answer multiple phone calls and give other people prices, their price was double what I paid at Best Buy.

The last 2 years I was warned about my front windows being too dark for inspection. Stopped this morning at Dedona and they were able to strip the old and replace it in less than an hour! Great Service!

I own a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. DeDona Tint and Sound installed a Kenwood Stereo along with new speakers. At a later date they replaced the door locks that had worn out. With the improved technology Im able to have Bluetooth hands free communications on my cell phone with auto answer. DeDona was able to integrate the original steering wheel controls that allow for hands free use of the stereo. As a older car owner I appreciate the upgrades this company affords allowing more enjoyment and safety. They are a locally owned company that we need to patronize. I will rely on their work as I need further repairs.
