Very good place to shop. The associates were very helpful,and expedient. I have shopped at JC Pennys since I was was child my experience here today was a good one.

My experience at JCP salon was the best. Miranda was friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. Professional and courteous employees are hard to find. I think she deserves a NICE raise.

The store was clean and they had a decent amount of product, thats where the good ends. There were no associates anywhere to be found. There were no clearly marked fitting rooms. And the prices!? When did JCPenny decide they were bougie? The quality of the clothes did not match the price tag... Even with the arbitrary sales.

Compared to other JC Penny locations around the USA from many years ago the Four Seasons JC Penny of Greensboro is a pure zoo. Looks and sounds like a Saturday afternoon suburban garage sale inside air-conditioned quarters. The shoe section was in such disarray that I abandoned ship and went somewhere else. As I exited to the inner mall I passed around five, maybe six, JC Penny employees all congregating by the customer service area which I guess is where customers pay for what theyre able to find and buy. They were having a good ole time as if in the hood. Sad situation and not conducive to an increase in consumer spending or, as some seem to put it, bilznes.

I applied for a job there and had a most enjoyable conversation with the store manager she was so nice and wether or not I go to work there or not it was a good experience and I wish them all the luck on there endeavors

Did buy a shirt. Wanted to buy 2, but as the shirt was on a rack that said 19.99. Was told to look again, I asked the cashier to walk with me to show her the shirt on the rack was on sale for 19.99. She came with me and pointed out that in very small print that it was actually a different price. Very false advertising. I will not go there again. Lies, false advertising and rude workers. Was told that I was in junior section and needed to shop in womens section because of my age. Dont shop here if you are over 20. Wont be back.

JCPenny was out of stock of many items and part of the store is completely empty. The prices are fair and the selection is for home goods is ok as well. There were no lines on a Saturday afternoon so that is very nice and the store seems clean and upkept.

I enjoy shopping for work clothes here because of low prices and most of all, excellent customer service.

JC Penney was a favorite of my grandmas yrs ago. Yesterday was the first time Ive been to actually buy something and the only one I knew of was located at the four seasons mall...Nice but expensive. But the mall visit was new. Money is a must.Everything there is associated w/money.....

I was by MYSELF shopping for MY SELF and simply wanted to make sure the $60 shirt I was about to purchase fit. When I asked the lady she said “well if they don’t fit you can bring them back”, “let’s go ask someone else” who gives every excuse to not let me try it on. I understand the shirt staff but at least be polite. I thought maybe they weren’t allowing fitting rooms bc of COVID but when I asked if that was the case they said no I could try it on. That whole experience was not good,

The only thing good about this JC Penney location is that its huge so it has a lot of merchandise, but the customer service is horrible, especially in the ladies department. I drove an hour to get there and the sale that had been advertised for weeks was still on but this store was completely out of coupons and when I asked about them my questions were met with rudeness. So I went home empty handed.

I went to get pictures done here, terrible customer service. The pictures were like school pictures like a sit here tilt your head kinda thing. I paid $130 to have my pictures within 48 hours its been almost 5 days still no pictures. Ive called 5 times with no answer.

Lisa is a star! She helped my fiance out big time at the suit up event and went above and beyond on a visit to exchange something that did not fit quite right. She was awesome, friendly, and just a joy to interact with, which is great these days. We love JC Penney, but Ms. Lisa really sealed the deal with this store.

I was able to find very nice matching outfits for my daughters to wear at my wedding this summer. They were nice quality and they were on sale. Havent shopped at JCPenney in a very long time but I had a good experience and should shop there more often.

Great store, with great clerks. I bought a brand new pair of leggings which were supposedly $43, but the clerk only made me pay $24 which was a highlight of my day. The store is a bit hard to navigate, but overall I do recommend this store.

We needed to make a return. It went well, the associate was very nice.

Place nice but customer services awful. They will smile in your face if nothing happens but if something happens because they made a damage and if you can’t proof that, they will laugh from you.... I will not come back in that store, especially to their cashier in woman’s section ... I wish I could remember their names...

Horrible “customer service” from Liana in the Jewelry Dept. Two separate visits to JC Penny and she acts like it’s her store and doesn’t want to assist customers. Both times she has disrespected my parents. Mediocre service, contacting corporate next.

The sales are great. I like the petite section but would love more choices for a younger woman. You would make so much more $$$ from me. The staff were ok. I think she was having a tough day and a tough time with a particular customer.

I was pleased with my experience, I was on a real time crunch when I went to shop for my grandmothers gift. I was able to find the appropriate clothing section very quickly, and thanks to the well organized store selected her gift within 15 minutes. After working in retail when I was in college, I know how during the holiday season an entire section can be destroyed in five minutes, and that you can never quite keep up the cleaning until closing, so I know that they were working very hard. Furthermore, the employees were polite, despite rude and ridiculous comments that I overheard from other shoppers.

Store were almost completely empty.No inventory or staff.Very disappointing.

Had a coupon that wasnt honored. The coupon wasnt expired and even said that its for in store purchases. We had to go to 3 different registers and then had to demand a manager to come and resolve the issue. We didnt even get the rewards points for it. What is the point of these department stores if they treat you so poorly. I may as well just stick with online shopping and such.

Pushy employees. Youll spend forever looking for a register that isnt too crowded and then theyll just close it when theres only 2-3 people in line. So then you all have to go wait in a +40 minute line where the employees are trying to help all these online orders as well. An absolute nightmare.

Great experience at this location. I went for fathers day clothing and checked out the baby apparel and wished I had came to this one instead of hanes mall for baby stuff. If your looking for baby clothing and mens apparel for dad this is the place.

I love JCPenney to shop, but they only had one register open with one cashier and a long line of customers. They forgot to take the anti theft device off my products so I have to take them back to be removed. When I returned the next day to have devices removed they were closed due to power outage but the rest of the mall was still open.
