The doughnuts were delicious as always. I was not allowed to have a cup of water which I thought was ludicrous. Oh, I could purchase a bottle of water. What is the deal? Can you not afford to give your patrons a cup of water at your Greensboro store? You can certainly serve water at your flagship store in Winston. What is done at one should be done across the board! The girl said she was not allowed to serve water. Of all things no water.

Went in for some St. Patricks day treats...staff was courteous and fairly quick especially given the large amout of customers. The free hot original glazed for wearing green was amazing...but I mean it is Krispy Kreme so what else would you expect. The only negative was that the selection was very limited. I would say this may have been due to making the holiday doughnuts, but this is the second time in a row we have gone and had very limited choices. Full trays...but mainly repeats of the varieties available. Otherwise a great visit.

Had a deal for buy 1 regular glaze, get a apple cider glaze for $4. The apple cider glaze was very good and tasted like apple cider. Great job, Krispy Kreme!

Krispy Kremes are always good. This location in Greensboro is one of my favorites. I do miss the vanilla cremed filled. Not a big fan of the donut hole creme filled they changed to.

The hot sign with cut off at 9:50 pm .We asked the lady in the drive Thur was the donuts going to be hot. Asked her two times. She said yes. Well that was a lie. Lady why lie.

Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and never got to the ordering area. Ended up just leaving with 5 cars so in front of us that had not moved.

It was great fun for the kids! It was great to see their curiosity as they watched the donuts come down the conveyor belt! The staff was nice and friendly, the lady that greeted us gave a free donut hole to my 11 month old, and the baker behind the glass sprayed the window to play with the kids. It was a truly wonderful visit! Thank you Krispy Kreme! We love you!❤️

The line was really long a slow moving. I understand that there was a special going on, though. The doughnuts I received looked just thrown together and messy, but they tasted fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful with keeping the traffic moving.

Had to get some green glazed 🍩 donuts and some raspberry jelly and Blueberry cake donuts while I was there ((mm mm)) they sure taste so good and the smell was so good I about didnt make it home before diving into the boxes to get me one of them( umm ) they tasted so good glad I decided to order them last night online and were ready for me no waiting at all

During this pandemic.....OOOO NOTHING is better than a hot out of the oven chocolate glazed doughnut. Krispy Kreme makes the best I have ever had. I grew up on these and always get some when I travel near a KK.

Cant really say anything about this place. I went through the drive thru on my way to work and they took so long that I had to leave before I got anything. I may try it again one day when I have more time.

I placed a drive through order for a chocolate covered cream filled doughnut and was given a chocolate covered custard filled doughnut in error. Since the drive through line had several cars in it, I had to go inside the store or wait in the drive thru line again to fix the order. When I went inside, the clerk asked me what I needed. I told her and she threw the correct doughnut in the bag and handed it to me with a cold and indifferent attitude. There are other locations in the city that would recommend over this location.

The food is amazing, they need a bit more assistance with drivetrough and parking lot bottleneck.

I know this place is primarily known for their donuts but I have to say that their ice lattes are really good and it does not just taste like water like most places, it actually has a coffee taste to it.

Always great Krispy Kremes especially when they are hot! We usually get a dozen. Six krispy kremes and then 6 other varieties. Always delicious!

As usual, the donuts are always really fresh and melt in your month good. They cannot be beat. Why spend tons of money on dessert at a restaurant when you can buy a dozen great donuts. The staff is friendly and efficient. Always a good experience.

The donuts are great. This place is fast and friendly. They dont advertise their specials when you place your order, which would encourage me to go more often.

I went thru drive thru on 09/07/2020 @ 4:23 pm I ordered a dozen glazed donuts an was charged $10.66 cents after taxes before taxes $9.99 cents when I got home I discovered the price of a dozen glazed donuts is only $7.99 cents so I called the store and the store manager tried to lead me to believe that the price of a dozen glazed donuts is $9.99 cents before taxes So while I was getting told the price is $9:99cents for a dozen glazed donuts I’m on the stores website looking at the menu and it says $7:99 cents for a dozen glazed donuts so I’m telling the store manager what the price says on the store’s menu the store manager insists that the price of a dozen glazed donuts is $9:99 cents before taxes. I am completely not satisfied and I demand satisfaction

Drive Thru was rude taking the order. When asked if hot glazed could b purchased, was told no, would have to come back in 3 hours, rudely. And no napkins!
