OMG!!!!! The absolute best chocolate chip cookies cookies! Warm or cold they’re amazing.Edit: have been back a couple of times and original review unchanged. Cookies are amazing! Staff are polite and get you in and out really quickly.Update: my daughter put me on to their Peanut Butter cookies and now I am in love! They are crispy on the edges but still soft in the middle with perfectly balanced peanut butter that’s not to sweet or dry. Yummy, yummy!

Last night 9/29/2021 I ordered the regular cookiewich and this is what I received. I didnt look into the box until I got home. I would have expected at least a clump of ice cream but everything melted within 8 minutes. The top cookie was hard and crunchy and the only reason the bottom one was soft was due to the ice cream melting into it. Also, you can clearly see the top cookie was in crumbles. This was my first and last experience with Insomnia Cookies. Im sticking with Crumbl.

I drove all the way from Winston Salem last night after getting off work to get a cookie. Susan was so nice and helpful and we had the same color scrunchie and that was cool! I got my cookie and it was amazing! I will definitely be back

I visited this cookie place because the next-door coffee shop was out of cookies. I really liked cookies here they have a number of like 10 or 11 different types of cookies. One downside is that they don’t serve coffee. You can get water and some other drinks but no coffee. They are pretty open late and staff are friendly.

I love this place. However I am upset that they changed their hours 🥺 what am I supposed to do when I want to buy a box of cookies on impulse after a night out? Bring back 3AM!

Just go to Crumbl cookie instead. Insomnia cookies are very average. I don’t see the hype. Better off getting Pillsberry cookie dough.

Omg so... i was having an issue with my card and the ANGEL at the register tonight 8/17 gave me my box of cookies on the house!!! i feel SO bad i should have gotten her name, i was just scared it was gonna rain and was anxious to catch the bus. :( ill try to spot her the next time i come by because she is an angel among us peasants and so pretty. if you are reading this THANK YOU and i love you ill never forget you.

The best cookies in the triad & I seriously love the fact that they are open till late at night. The delivery service is the cherry on top! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I placed an order around 8pm. At 10pm, after many attempts to call the store without an answer, I got an answer. I asked about my order that is now 2 hours old. I was accused of lying about not receiving my order! He didnt apologize! I requested a refund and will ORDER CRUMBL COOKIES FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!

Got a cookie ice cream sandwich. They handed it to me on a plate..? No box, no bowl. A plate. They don’t have any seating.. so my question is where do they expect me to eat the ice cream they just handed me on a plate. And how am i supposed to transport it to where im going..? I had to drive home while holding it because it wasn’t in a box.. Needless to say the ice cream started to melt quickly and spilled over the edges of the plate.. dripping all inside my car. It was a mess. I can’t support this.

Do NOT order a cookie cake from the corporate group. It sat in the FedEx center for 3 days because they dont deliver on the weekend and arrived damaged and smushed. Not worth the price AT ALL.UPDATE: Their customer service was very responsive and helpful in getting the situation fixed.

We waited in line for about 30 min. The guy in front of us said it was worth it. He was right! I was so excited to see oatmeal chocolate chip, my fav! Our son is 6 and can’t say insomnia so he calls our new fav spot, “can’t sleep cookies”. 😁😁

I really love this place! They have amazing snicker doodles and chocolate chip cookies. I found this when I was feeling adventurous one day but I saw their prices and thought: how much for some cookies?! Then I ate them. And imma keep doing it.

Cookies were amazing. Worker at the front Cayla (I think that was her name) was amazing and customer service was phenomenal. My problem was with the hugely condescending and patronizing tone of the white woman in the back. (short blond hair, nasty attitude, textbook definition of a Karen) I don’t speak english (daughter is typing this) and this woman made me feel like I was lesser than her. I wanted to throw my snickerdoodle/peanut butter cookies at her smug face. its been 4 hours and her face and voice is still in my mind. no amount of cookies are worth that attitude, no matter how amazing they are.

Location very clean. Employees kind and the cookies are amazing! Definitely my favorite cookie place.

I order delivery from insomnia cookies for the first time ever and I got rudest service. I called them and they told me they couldnt reach my location due to a road block (I never received a phone call about this.) I gave them another address to meet me at and an hour and a half later I get another call telling me they still cant reach me? I told her the second address I gave was not blocked off but she processed to argue with me and then hung up on me. I understand the struggle of delivering as I have been a delivery driver for 2 years but I have never been this rude.

The cookies here are OUTSTANDING! I had the peanut butter cup cookie and my wife had the snickerdoodle cookie. Warm, moist, and down right sinful. If youre watching your weight then stay away. This will be my cheat day treat. I highly recommend.

Best cookies in the world holy moly i went there today with my parents after we went to the mall ive heard people talk about it in my class in college i was thinking hmm let me check this out and see what the hype was all about and to be honest this is the best cookies i had since great american cookies, no offense to any other cookie company i would highly recommend it if you live on campus or in the area check it out.

The shop was open but only to pick up and delivery, 1 family allowed at a time, understandable with everything going on with COVID.Waited in line outside for about 30 mins before we were allowed in. When we finally were allowed we waited another 15 mins before we were even spoken to by the cashier (apparently they fill online orders before serving walk in customers) took her about 2 mins to fill our order.Cookies were fresh but a 45 min wait NO thanks.

I placed an order for 24 cookies to be delivered to my daughters room at the hospital. Nurses at the hospital said they deliver there all the time. The driver would not deliver to the room and the hospital could not except them. I called customer service to make sure they would be delivered to my daughters room and gave them the room number when I ordered.I called customer service to cancel the order after they would not deliver and was told they could not deliver to a hospital room. I would not have placed the order if they could not deliver to a hospital room. I was told it was slowing down the driver. A $7.36 tip to deliver to a room on the 1st floor. Bad customer service (3 different reps). The driver was from the Greensboro NC store but Customer Service was the company. They did cancel my order and said I would be refunded. Maybe I grew up in a different time but we didn’t get a gold star unless the task at hand was completed and earned.

Cookies taste great except the chocolate chunk....it tastes weird. They may need better chocolate. The wait time in store is crazy so do order online before you go. It may tell you an hour wait but its usually done before.

I just tried these cookies for the first time today and they are so good. I tried Snickerdoodle, sugar and chocolate chunk. A must try!!

I ordered cookies only to be told they were left beside a broom on my porch. I have no broom on my porch, it was two streets over. Gave them another chance only to get a tracking saying my order had been delivered when it hadnt gotten in touch with customer service and received cold hard cookies a little over an hour later after being told they had to rebake my order and bring it back out.

After giving this place 3 chances to redeem themselves, I have concluded they have no idea what good customer service is. I finally asked the lady the 3rd time if they are allowed to say hello to customers bc every time we have purchased cookies the cashier just stares at you. Furthermore, if the business is solely to make and sell cookies, why is there just a small basket of cookies to choose from? Not to mention a medium cup of ice cream and 1 cookie is $7. You are better off going next door to subway for cookies.
