Horrible Experience. I was looking for somewhere to make copies on Memorial Day for something I needed to send off. I went to an Office Depot location that I go to not knowing the store had closed. I proceeded to look on my phone for somewhere else to go. All Fed Ex store locations where closed, and Copy king did not answer the phone. So this was the next supposed copier that came up. I called and asked where they open today, did they make copies, and how much they charged for copies. He said they were open, and yes the make copies at 9 cent per copy. I tell him I am on my way. I get there, and the copier is a little machine like a home printer, and he proceeds to tell me the top portion of the machine does not work, and I have to do one copy at a time. He shows me how to use the machine, and I have to do the copies myself. I have about 60 copies at this point to make at one page at a time. While showing me and smoking a cigarette. I begin copying and press the button and nothing happens. He begins to come over and tell me that I was not listening to him, and was he supposed to make the copies for me. I begin again copying and then realize that maybe my husband could make these copies for me the next day at a faster copier. I try to call him while the copier is copying, and he yells at me if I am going to be making calls on my cell phone and wasting his time then I needed to get out. Meanwhile he tells me that the bigger places like staples and office depot are putting the small business like him out of business. Two black men come and sit on the sidewalk between his business and the next business, and he proceeds to tell me that he has a no trespassing sign and a no loitering sign up and that he can call the police. This did not have anything to do with me. At this point I guess I was moving to slow because he yells at me that I do not know what I am doing. This was enough so I asked how much for the few copies I had made and paid him. I also told him that people will not support your business if you are rude to them. He then tells me he gives back what he gets. I had not yelled at him or anything up yo this point, but he was yelling at me, so at that point I said thank you, and have a good day. Do not waste your time here. No real copier, horrible customer service, confrontational, and you will come out smelling like smoke.

Ok. I had an emergency need. And Precision Printing went So far and above to help me.In so much that what i wanted wasnt feasible.But they won me over as a customer with their honor and loyalty and integrity.If theyre going to be this good customer service without even making a sale.Then you can bet this Mom and Pop store is worth your time and energy.Ill say this. Im 100% satisfied. And i recommend with highest regards.And i will be using their services in the future.

Horrible. Open the door and a big cloud of smoke hit you right in the face. I wasnt in there 2 minutes and my clothes smell like smoke. I have asthma so I had to go outside. I just told the lady to waive at me when my fax was ready. I will never return here.
