This store has so many things its overwhelming but its not! I love it here, they have home goods to fabric! I get my goat milk soap base from here for my business and I love that my customers love it. Prices are reasonable and they are always having great sales. I also picked up a couple of fragrances for soaps and they have candle fragrances too. They also have a nice strong smell to them. This place was not empty by far but big enough to be spaced out. Masks are required!

We went in to see if they had a remote controlled car for my son. Their selection was disappointing. Little pricey but has high quality home decor items.

This is one of the best craft stores ever! They always have what I need. Whether its painting, arts & crafts, sewing something! Decorating my house or planning my daughters parties. They always have an endless supply of amazing stuff!

I love this store, I love the values that the founders have for our nation, for God and for humanity. I love that theres not a obvious ideology push through the products, like in other stores such as Target. And I love that it is affordable, and it is quality stuff. I love to walk through and think about the holidays. My purpose today was to purchase Christmas wrapping paper and I was surprised at the lack of variety. I was fortunate to have Nelson at check out. I wish we could clone him and put him at registers across the city. He made the experience joyful.

Very knowledgeable about the canvas frame I needed and she will have it ready in the next couple of days. The sales representative had a very pleasant attitude 😊

Ive always enjoyed going to Hobby Lobby and typically get some good deals from both the sale items and the 40% discount code on the app. I went yesterday and the employee wouldnt honor the coupon. Not a huge deal but still...since when do you not honor the code on your own app?

Hobby Lobby is such an amazing place to go for craft supplies. Seeing all the different cool things you can get is so fun for some reason. The staff here are always so helpful and are definitely knowledgeable about crafting and all the related. The store is always so clean, with a huge variety of different items. I like going here for Cricut supplies and they always have stock on everything that Cricut has to offer. I believe they were the first to have the new machines and the new Smart Vinyl. So in a nutshell, you definitely cant go wrong with Hobby Lobby and should totally give them a visit.

I could spend way to much money in this place. Seems to always have great deals! The most adorable decor and awesome craft supplies. Customer service is always so polite.

Store is well-maintained, well stocked and the staff provides good customer service, being friendly and helpful. Only thing is that the aisle signage could be better to help customers find what they are looking for. But, if you have time, browsing all the aisles can be enjoyable.

I have been going to this store for years...everyone is so great! They are always so eager to assist. Management is wonderful...Michael has always been super nice, Kelly has also proven to be equally great. The fabric department is the most awesome....I was informed of all new fabric delivered during my mask making adventures during covid...stay marvelous!

First time every visited a hobby lobby but figure it was in same shopping center with sportsman outdoor warehouse wife wanted go to the hobby lobby I was thinking hobby as in model planes how bad could it be its definitely not what I would consider a hobby store but my wife loved it bought vase jug looking things and great smelling candles and I bought gun next door so a win win next time want hunting or fishing supplies we will visit the chick hobby store first

Was out with my daughter, she was looking for some craft things and right at a the front entrance I seen a room divider which I wasnt looking for at the time but I needed one for my mom. I was shocked by the price like most stores everything was on sale, the room divider🤷🏽‍♀️ was $55.99 after 30%off was marked down from $79.99 great deal. Never thought about checking a Craft/Hobby stores for almost anything. Even found me a couple of T-shirts to fit. Will shop store again. 🎉🎊

Great place for crafty things. Better options than wal mart thats for sure but the prices are a little higher. I found the same baby blanket making yarn at walmart for almost 3 dollars cheaper.

Wide variety of everything. Prices arent clearly marked consistently and there are no markers or indicators on isles detailing or even outlining what items are on any isle.

Went there on a day where they had fantastic sales! Hadnt been in a while, and stopped in just to take a look. ALL Wall hangings was 40% or so off! And of course I shopped and purchased items that at one time was a little pricey for my frugal budget. As one frequent shopper suggested, Check their website often for these types of sales. I plan on doing just that and I suggest you do so too! Great place for craters, artists, home decor all reasonably priced!

Have been coming here for 6 years. Did not visit during covid..so its been 12 or so months. Store is clean and neatly organized. The cashier (T-1114 Moeu Y) store 315, was the problem. Seemed more interested in talking with another associate than helping me. I was the only one in line. I asked about the coupon on the app they used to have, his reply was very snarky...we dont have any coupons. Plus...the restrooms are in desperate need of cleaning and repair. So this store went from 5* to 3*

The store is laid out nicely and intuitively. The staff here are friendly and expedient. Theres a nice variety of crafts and it generally feels more welcoming than some of their competition.

Every easy find find what we needed even though its a large store in and out in a few minutes.

Im not a shopper, but some friends referred me to HL to find gift frames & such (#1 gold star). Well, first the store has no VISIBLE wayfinders to direct a customer. So, I walked around until I found them (no employees visible on the sales floor). The frame I wanted was at the top of the pegboard and I couldnt even attempt to push one of the frames out of the bracket holder (it was full). So, I went to the custom frame area & a polite employee helped me quickly (#2 gold star). At the checkout area, there were 3 open registers & ALL with lines (more than 3). The CSM started calling cashiers to open & directed them to each register. Well, the 2nd cashier that came didnt pull from the line of customers facing his register. He took from the line behind him. Now, Hobby Lobby has 1 line positioned in between the registers and labels on the floor of wait here for next register. Its obvious that the cashiers dont enforce the Q line flow and the CSM was too busy working on a project to even notice the flow issues happening at the front registers. The cashier even checked out a woman that jumped our line waiting for checkout too! He never told her that other customers were waiting in line for checkout. Customer service excellence should come first and can be executed in a professional manner. I waited in my line to see if the cashier would call once the customer was completed, but he NEVER called for the next customer. I told the next customer that the cashier was open and ready for her. When it was finally my turn, my cashier greeted me and told me that frames was NOT on sale. I didnt ask him or imply that my purchase was contingent on a sale price. I told him that I knew and still wanted them. Yet, why do I have to tell him to wrap my glass frames or bag my large frame if HL has BAGS to fit the merchandise. They should know that I dont want to damage my merchandise on the way home either. Ultimately, Im glad that I have my upcoming gifts, but Hobby Lobby needs more customer service focus training. My friends love shopping at Hobby Lobby, but for me its not worth my time, money, or gas to travel for mediocre customer service. Thats just me.....not a true shopper!

Great store not so great service and speed checking out...

Not a place you can quickly run in and out of. No curbside pickup option that I know of. The isles are not labeled, making it hard to find specific items you’re looking for. Great place to peruse or purchase birthday party gifts. Employees were helpful and seemed to be taking COVID precautions. There were dots on the floor, but many customers were not practicing social distancing.

I loved how there wasn’t so much stuff in your face as soon as you walked in unlike some stores. The wedding section was neat and there’s was so much I haven’t seen in-person before. The 4/5 stars was for an employee who was very loud talking about another employee calling out of work “sick” and needed to get a doctors note. Totally understandable to be upset but not a conversation to have in front of customers especially loud enough for every detail to be heard.

We all love Hobby Lobby. Its the Walmart of craft stores. With that being said, you can always count on a long line at Hobby Lobby. I wonder if self checkout could be a thing or checkout while you shop. Either way, 4 stars only because leaving the store takes more time than shopping.

As if preparing for a wedding is not stressful enough, I called the store at 5:30 inquiring if they had a certain item in stock before making a 45 minute drive. When I transferred to the department no one answered and the call was rerouted back to the customer service operator, who then transferred me back to the department and no one ever answered after being on hold for 15 minutes.Disappointment to know Hobby Lobby does not care about their customers who are willing to travel to support their business.

I ALWAYS receive great customer service when I go here. This establishment is super clean and they have the best deals on crafts hands down. I LOVE this store 🤩!

The bathroom is disgusting here. I was so glad to see a manager when I stepped out of the bathroom. I told her my concern and she gave the excuse, they where just cleaned. I told her they smelled teribble& was noticeably dirty. She did not care, I just walked away.
