Williams-Sonoma is my favorite store to visit in Greensboro for retail therapy. The staff, especially the manager are knowledgeable about products.

Prices are high but so is the quality and service.

All products gotten from this store have been high quality and aesthetically pleasing.

Excellent customer service in a great location. Love how helpful the staff are in answering questions, giving recommendations, and doing demos of the products. They have excellent kitchenware, bakeware, and other cooking essentials. They have ♿ handicap accessible parking and aisles, and they also have sale/clearance sections for good deals. Love their seasonal offerings including holiday kitchen items and food/spices.

Kitchen store with high end goods. It is always fun to see what they have. Great for finding unique spices and sauces. Store is always clean and displays are attractive. Easy to find what you want and what you may not really need 🤣 If you check the store calender, they usuallh have demonstrates and sometimes cooking classes. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricey.

Candles are their best profucts.

Excellent staff and inventory of latest and best tools and gadgets for the kitchen. Always professional with upbeat attitudes. Very easy to do busy with. Rashim was a real pleasure to work with in exchanging a recent Nespresso purchase. No hassles, all positive.

Great atmosphere and staff was very helpful

I tried to return a salt and pepper grinder without a receipt. I was prepared to be denied because I did not have a receipt, but I did not expect what happened next. The associate pulled out a plate and tried the grinders and claimed they worked fine, She then said they use to offer easy returns but could no longer due to fraudulent activity. She then insisted on giving me cash so, we could be done with this. I was demanding nothing and all I really wanted was another brand of grinder that worked. I was humiliated in front of other customers, my wife, and my seven year old daughter. I left a message for the manager but she did not return my call. I did reach her and she offered me 10% off on another grinder. I was not looking for a discount but this offer was pretty lame. If WS continues this level of service they will have trouble competing with competitors who beat them on price.

Store was great and first two ladies who helped us were awesome. Gave us insight into Instant pots and helped us make our decisions. One lady is over the top on Instant Pots and it is great. We loved her enthusiasm. Then a shift change. The third lady - Name not on receipt-rang us up. She initially brought out the wrong size pot and was corrected by another. When we got home ( 4 hours away from this store) we learned that we got a used or display model unit that had been opened. It had scuffs and scratches and the exterior pot is worn and plastic scratched from the lid being taken off and being put on so much. 140 bucks for a used appliance. WS support told us the store has to fix it and thats another 90 minute drive

Staff usually helpful and knowledgeable. Some better than others... Good selection of items and good promotions. Always buy on sale.
