Picked up plastic storage bins for dorm room space saving. Better variety and way better pricing than some of the larger stores with similar items. Perfect fits for bedside and under bed. The staff (think he was a manager) were helpful opening up an extra register and getting customers checked out quickly.

I havent been to Big Lots in a long time. I purchased a new mattress at a good price. Justin the associate helped me out really good. I would definitely shop at Big Lots for everything.

They didnt have any gallon bottles of water but everything else was fine. Thanks to the checkout clerk for getting the big case of water for me and putting it in my cart.

We go to Big Lots mainly just for one reason we go there for the Halloween stuff. They had it out in nice and early this year its in the beginning of August as we speak of 20/20 and this is what I picked up according to the picture below.

My 2nd terrible experience with furniture assistance. Although, staff member check the back for a bed I wanted to purchase and it was out of stock, I asked him to call store in Denton, TX where I was relocating from Greensboro NC he determined it wasn’t worth his time to call. He said “by the time he would call I could get it from google and call the store in Texas myself”. He said “it was Store manager policy for them not to waste time to make a call to another store for a customer because they could be doing something else”. He tells me he had a lot of work to do. Then asked if I needed the manager, I said “yes.” He callEd for Store Manager who responded on walkie “I’m on the register” I then told him never mind and to cancel the call for manager. We talked about the process for 10 minutes. In those minutes he could have called the other store to locate the King size bed.. I left the store of course disappointed. While sitting in my in Big Lots parking lot the same salesman (Quincy) comes out the store, get in his car and leave after telling me he had so much to do and couldn’t call. WOW WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE!!!! What if I didn’t know how to google. I googled, called the store in Denton TX received great customer service, told me where I could locate the bed in 2 minutes. Manager there was very professional.

Big Lots, used to be the home of stuff other stores could not sell. Now they have everything. Lots of cookies from around the world. Fun place to walk up and down the aisles and see what they have this time. Like a Walmart and an Aldi were hit by a tornado and when the spinning stopped this is what was left.

Sale on Christmas trees. I bought 2 four foot pre-lit trees in a box for $45.00. Great deal!Their Christmas lights were scarce though. Definitely call before you go, if youre looking for lights.

This is a great store for name brand items for cheaper than normal price. I will be going back. Their rewards program allows you to get 5$ off your next purchase after you join their reward program, and it allows you to get up to 15% off of items. They have trainable pricing for quality stuff.

I was looking for some furniture for my brother and they had some very nice pieces I left with that and some other items I found at reasonable prices.

Terrible customer service. I was in line for 20 minutes because they wouldnt bring anyone to front to help checkout. My glass product was not properly wrapped/bagged and it broke transporting you my vehicle. I went back in to ask if it was returnable and a manager laughed at me. Proceeded to be rude as I simply asked if it was eligible. I live 6 miles away from this location. I will continue to drive to the High Point location where they respect their customer.

You never know what you will find here! I try to visit often to take advantage and stock up when they have a real good deal on something I use, like wiper blades, unusual hardware items and name brand tools.

Website indicated you had Lysol left. I searched the store over twice to find the only Lysol that remained was being held by a team member of the big lots store. They must have hidden it then purchased it at the end of their shift because I watched the woman walk out the store and get in her Dodge Ram truck and leave. If youre going to let your employees hold on to something so critical right now, you should at least remove it from inventory. My mother-in-law is going through chemotherapy and I have been searching for items to help my father-in-law keep their home sterile. This was a big waste of time.

My wife had purchased some items that needed returning, and sent me (with receipt) to complete the task. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though there were difficulties with price difference and a manager had to get involved to get some things sorted out, they never made me feel like it was going to be an issue, or that they were being put out. Highly recommend this Big Lots for necessities or just browsing. You never know what you might need until you find it.

I love visiting this Big Lots location. They sell a good variety of products including furniture. They generally have unique holiday items and everything in the store is reasonably priced. Plenty of parking and good customer service.

Cashier was very nice, we came in close to closing time unfortunately but being it was time to go home she was still friendly and helpful along with the gentleman that was closing with her.

Ok they had the right energy drinks and water roses never has, for some reason they carry the Same brand of water but the water at roses is flat, also big lots always seems to have ample troops behind their cash registers big👍 well done!

The kids love it and we definitely need more places like this to keep the kids occupied also it is a great way for them to exercise but keep in mind if you take a family of four to this place you will spend $100 or more for a couple of hours of jumping on trampolines. This is something that should be $10 for a couple of hours but a lot of times they force you to buy socks and glow-in-the-dark shirts pay for a storage locker pay $3 for a drink $5 for a snack and they have no healthy options. You would think if theyre getting kids to exercise they wouldnt be serving pizza and french fries.

I love this Big Lots. Whatever staff they have hired in the past year to stock the grocery area, is on their game!! I have never seen it look so good. Keep up thr great work! Low prices, great finds, hit or miss but usually a hit!

11/14/2016-The casher did not hand me two of my items. They were left at the store. I live 30 min. away one way.The cashier hung up on me as I was waiting for the Manager to get the phone when I called. I had to call back again!The Assistant Mgr. Julie was awesome! She made up for the non-considerate cashier. She drove all the way to my house to bring me the items I described on the phone. She was the best part of that store by FAR!! I am sure no one else would have done that! Thank you JULIE!!

FUN SHOPPING! Im a guy who just isnt a fan of shopping at a brick and mortar AT ALL! For some reason though, I have always just liked BigLots. They have a little bit of everything, the prices were all reasonable or better. They had everything we planned on buying, and a few unplanned extras...AS ALWAYS. Honey...look at this, it would look great in the living room...can we pick one up? One coffeemaker turned into another REALLY SOFT blanket that we ABSOLUTELY just had to have (Yes dear...get the fricken blanket), some other chochkis, etc... I HATE YOU BIGLOTS! (just kidding) Easy to get to, plenty of parking, store was clean and stocked and spacious, and the staff were all cool too...Good Place to Shop!
