The cashier was WONDERFUL; however, the store itself was very cluttered & difficult to get through the isles. Im a fan of Family Dollar overall.

The manager there follows you around store shes not friendly, thinks everyone is stealing...pretty creepy

The store manager is rude and closed the store 15 minutes early and stated that she can do it because she wanted to and because she was the store manager. Dont post a time on the door but then dont honor it.

Bad customer service.

I walk here at least 4 times out of a week...i love it very convenient!! Yes the long lanes ...at times but dont blame the workers...its only one cashier open ...blame who ever idea is that /scheduling?? To family dollar on east market street...keep up the good work!!!

This is the worse place that I have ever been to. They are rude and they dont know how to treat their customers. I also noticed that at night time before they close some of the employees are dealing drugs outside. They look down on me because of my size...one lady looked at me and said it looks like she is about to buy out the store. All I was getting was laundry soap. They are very rude and incompetent. Im never shopping there again. Im telling all my friends and family to never go there again. Also I tried calling corporate and laterally I was on hold for over an hour. No one ever came to the phone. This is the worst place ever.

What not to love

The line is always long as hell!!! They need to do better. Train cashiers to bag faster and they dont move fast at all.

This a great place to shop on a budget and with the smart coupons, its even better.

Its a mess it needs to be cleaned and organized, stuff everywhere but the workers and nice and helpful looking for things

I was shopping for cleaning supplies and decided to see what i could find for my granddaughters birthday. To my surprise I found the exact things she wanted-Hatchimals & Num Noms were on the top of her list. And for great prices too. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Call this store, ask for the manager. Got yea. And attitude right off the bat. My question was is Family dollar a subsidiary of Dollar Tree, I got something like that with that black attitude. Well dont wont to work here already. NOT good for business people. I just said ok, Ill just call the corp. office. Hung up..I see all of these stores are in mostly black areas anyway, not to say, but it is what it is, you can fill in the rest,
