I have always been pleased with quality of work. However, I have twice visited to drop off shirts to have logos embroidered. I have waited approx 7 mins and have left without dropping my shirts off. No personnel in front and no door chime to alert personnel in back that customers are waiting. Might want to invest in a door chime!!
