All the employees are super! It’s just bad company policies that makes the service so slow and expensive.I feel sorry for the employees that have to front the customers they are cut short.Just the wrong place to go

Must have Good patience because they are SLOW ! Not just one time EVERY time Ive ever went there.Not to mention their prices! ....but what are you gonna do.

Super slow service, they seem knowledgeable when you call but one person working the counter with all the people in the back? Bad business to me..

The other reviews are not a joke. It took 30 minutes of waiting to buy a single fitting which I had the part number ready. They charged me roughly double retail pricing. Yikes. The counter people were very nice.

I enjoyed working with Automotive Fasteners as a Delivery Driver and warehouse person for 14 years. Wish I could have been able to stay there till retirement.

This is the place time forgot. Went in for parts when I left the car had rusted away. Holy cow are they slow.

Bring a chair to wait...never been here when they had enough help....left every time!!!
