They enclosed our back yard for us with a 4 ft. chain link fence about 15 years ago. It is still a sturdy fence.However. Weve had a couple of trees fall in the past couple of years and damaged a section, so we needed to replace a 30 ft piece of fencing.I called to get an estimate. Sheryl took my info and said she would email a quote the next day, but it might take 2 days because of her work load. That was last week of May. I never received an email. Giving consideration to Memorial Day weekend I waited till Wednesday to call back. Speaking to Sheryl again, she apologized and said I would get that email the next day. It has now been another 6 weeks. No email.

We used this company to put in a ranch fence with wire mesh. I have absolutely no complaints. I was able to get a quote in a week. The guys that came out to install the fence were polite, courteous, and hard working!! I strongly recommend them.

All I can say is wow!I had extensive damage to my wrought iron fence surrounding my 1.3 acre property due to the storms last year. I focused on the roof and tree removal first. Having such a bad experience with the roofing company I did not expect anything in this whole process to go well. However, thanks to the team at Atlas, I couldnt have been more wrong. Jackie and Cheryl were wonderful in answering all of my questions promptly and knowledgeably with a positive attitude. It is so nice to genuinely feel that people care about their customers and love their job. As for the work done, Donnie and his crew gave me a very reasonable timeline and kept in constant communication throughout all work done. And they even paid close attention to my beautiful roses so I wouldnt have to lose them. I cant thank them enough! I tell everyone that Atlas is the only place to go for any fencing needs.

After looking at different types of fence materials and looking at 3 different fence companies we decided to go with Atlas fence company. The quality of materials on the semi privacy white vinyl fence they installed was excellent, the installation crew was fantastic patient and did not rush even though they still had to take down an existing wood fence that we had. Steve our sales person was excellent, showing us the different types of materials and showing us different prices for the different styles. Service after the sale was also excellent we needed a few adjustments done and the crew was out immediately to take care of it. A couple of our neighbors are now looking at Atlas to have fences installed in their yards. Great job

Dont waste your time with them if you actually want to receive an estimate. They come out take your email and then never get back to you! I dont understand why they cant actually give you a quote at the time they come like plenty of other fence companies do. Very unprofessional! Lucky for me all the other companies I called were actually able to provide me with the quote I wanted. If thats how they handle the first meeting with a potential client then Id hate to see what theyll do after youve already paid them for something. So they probably did me and all the other people that have had the same experience with them a favor!!!

Steve came out to give us a fence estimate. Said he would email it in about 2 days. No estimate. We called and he said he would do it that day. One week later no call no email. I guess they don’t need the business. Must be independently wealthy.

Your business might not have such negative reviews if your office staff would focus more on their jobs instead of using your business for their own personal needs that they are pursuing on your payroll with your customers.Thank you for your response. Although it is very clear that your employee in question is named in many of your company reviews.

Installed a 245 linear feet 6 western cedar fence, completed in one day, its perfect!

They did not show up two times when scheduled - without calling or anything. I had to call them to reschedule. The second time I wasnt even going to reschedule. Then, they just showed up and started working without me even knowing they were coming or were here. I have cats I wanted to make sure were inside. Did poor quality work repairing my fence gate with thin boards and the wrong screws. Then, charged exorbitantly for it. I will NEVER do business with them again and would advise you not to.

I have called this company to come and provide an estimate, first time they had to reschedule their visit, 2nd day Steve showed up and took all the measurements. He got my email address so he can send me an estimate, I never heard from him again, I have send text messages, called so many times and left a messages waste of time, they really don’t care about customers time. Over 1 month later I finally found his alternate number and spoke to him, he said let me call you back with the cost. I am yet to hear back from them! Don’t waste your valuable time for this kind of company, look for company who cares about their business and customers.

Service could have been better. Fence was order. And when I went to pick up it was not ready because they was behind but company did not call making me make two trips instead of delivering to my house.

Such a great business, wonderful prices, gets the job done fast and on time, I’d also like to say this business has kind workers on board, the crew men were great at delivering and installing my families fence work and the lovely woman operating the phone and making my appointment was very kind and helpful with information, if any of you out there need a fencing job done call Atlas Fence!

My goto place for split and rail fencing supplies. No other vendor in the triad has them in stock. they always do. helpful and friendly every visit.

Unfortunately my business with Atlas was breif. The receptionist on the phone was not accommodating to my schedule nor willing to look past the current week to schedule a quote.
