For as much play as they get there, the tee areas are in good shape. They have 3 levels and rotate through them regularly.

One of the better driving ranges in Greensboro. The range has multiple targets with sufficient spacing to use most clubs in the bag. The balls are in good shape. The hitting areas are rotated regularly. By the way, this is an all grass practice range -- thats a plus for me. The hitting areas have enough space to move left to right and back or forward within the boundary. There is a fairly large putting green and a short game range. The staff are polite and helpful. The only challange is the temperamental ball dispenser. The key pad has mood swings and might not respond. A light touch seems to be the prescription for it to do its job. Overall, a good place to work on swing improvements or just to smack some golf balls.

For a first time customer I wasnt impressed. The customer service was mediocre and for $10.00 you dont get very many golf balls to hit. The range was OK but no bag rests or benches to sit on if you want to take a breather. The putting and chipping erea looked pretty good but didnt get a chance to use it.

Nice driving range with optional short game area to practice chipping. If you hit a bucket, short game area is only $3 more. Putting green with multiple cups. Friendly staff and golf pros available for lessons. Nice pro shop. Best range locally. Could be a little cheaper but not unreasonable.

Just finished my first visit. Clubhouse is well stocked with all your golf needs. The range is fantastic if youre looking to get it some practice. If youre in the neighborhood, give it the proverbial shot!

If zero stars was an option, thats what I would rate my experience. I walked in to see a man behind the counter reading a magazine.(no big deal, as there was nobody inside but him) There was no greeting.... no hello, no how ya doing, nothing. I buy my range balls and drink, and go outside. I realized I needed some clubs re-gripped after I was finished, so go back inside to check out the selection. (Again, nothing from the guy behind the counter). I ask him about turnaround time and pick my grips. He went to the back to check the stock, and walked back to the counter. (No small talk or pleasantries, but no big deal) At that time, a gentleman comes in from outside and says hes having trouble with the ball dispenser. (They were on a first name basis, so the obviously knew each other) At this point, Ive got my clubs on the counter, expecting to fill out whatever paperwork necessary and pay the $60 for my 4 grips, when he comes out from behind the counter, and follows the man outside to help with the ball dispenser. There was no Ill be right back, Can you give me 1 second sir, excuse me for a second....NOTHING. I took my clubs and walked out. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will never get another dime from me!

Front door (handicap) entrance is locked. They insist you walk around to the rear of the building. Thats not how I am willing to be treated. Ill shop elsewhere 😉

Just read the replies to the reviews that was posted by the GM Bo Watson and what hes saying is 100% LIES! I frequented this facility because it was close to my job until recently when I was told that I have to pay an additional $3 to putt on their greens even if Im only going to putt for 5 minutes on my way out the door. And if dont hit a bucket and only want to putt...I get to pay $7 for that privilege. Oh and btw, the greens are among the worst Ive ever seen. There are large patches of crabgrass or something growing all over it that make it impossible to get a true roll unless you line your ball up in order to putt around them. I sent Bo an email this week when I was accosted by the employee about having to pay to putt after I just spent $8 on a SMALL bucket (thats right, I said $8...for a SMALL bucket). His response? Im still waiting. Nothing. No response. Ive played at a lot of courses and hit at a lot of ranges in my 44 years and I cant remember ever having to pay to putt on a practice green. Good luck with your new price (gouging) model. I wont be back!

$7 for 35 balls? RIDICULOUS. The lighted range lets you hit in the dark, but you cant really see where the balls go. Im pretty disappointed, because I heard this was a good range.
