So I walked into the store looking for a specific hat. Not one employee greeted me or even acknowledged that I had walked into the store. The lady behind the register looked me in my face and still didnt speak. Walked out immediately.

Bought a outside hat to be embroided an they took care of me with no problem.

The young lady with the pink NY hat was very rude and her attitude was very unprofessional. If she wants an attitude be mad at the person who did her crazy looking eye lashes. I thought she was about to take flight they were so long. Get it together. The gentleman was professional helped me with my size hat.

MLB hat selection is unmatched. 27 out of 30 teams in authentic fitted style were available. Three rows of low profile MLB 59fifty available. Easily the best inventory Ive seen between here, Raleigh, Charlotte

Strange how a store that specializes in hats had the most basic selection

I went yesterday to get a hat customized, the associate was very kind and attentive and said the hat would be done in 20 minutes. I left to walk around and I even took longer than expected, I want to say I took 30-35 minutes. I come back and he says “my bad it’s not ready yet give me another 20 please “ i got you, my bad”, I said sure no problem, I walked around for another 30 and receive a call from him, hey I can’t get the hat done tonight, (mind this, it was 7:30) the mall closes at 8 I will hat it ready for you tomorrow I promise, I received no call whatsoever!!!!!!! It is not okay to steal money from your customers. I will be back for a refund.

The service was terrible. I waited on a hat for 2 weeks and never received it. If you’re looking for a hat in mall, just save your money til it’s tall. - BIG OTK

This place is awesome. I didnt plan on buying anything but the young lady that helped me was awesome. She convinced me to purchase not only one hat but two 59fifty hats. Great work.

I visited this location on 10/28/19. I had a few minutes to spare so I decided to stop in around 10:30am... mind you the store opens at 10. There was a sign posted on the door that they would return at 11:00. So being that I am already at the mall I decide to wait till 11 so I could get a new hat. It went on to 11:20 still no show. Terrible customer service ignorant staff wont be coming back!!

So I came in store at 6:30

Two employees were working while we were there. We were not acknowledged until it was time to check out. We tried to get a couple hats from the top racks, standing on tip toes and still no one asked if they could help us. They have a good selection of hats, but the customer service is lacking.
