Only sells to license contractors and not the public!!! Needed a 20$ part for my Air Handler and didnt want to wait for it to be shipped from a online vendor or overpay a hvac company to replace it!!! Their reasoning for not selling to the public was due to liabilities in which they couldnt give me a valid reason or example to why they are liable... They could of helped out a local but instead forced me to buy online.

Simply said some of their front counter guys are prejudice. Wouldn’t sell me 14 inch flex because they said my company only spends 1500 a year on their account but the white person next to me got to buy 2 of them. Made me wonder if it was just their rule or because I am not white.
