I called them and brought my car to them and they fixed it on the spot. There was nothing shady and they were all really nice to me and explained what was wrong with the car in a way that made sense. Best experience I’ve ever had with a shop in my year of living in North Carolina really genuine and nice guys. 10/10

Jason is a great guy. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and fair. Had a driver side headlight problem on 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. Jason diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now I am going back to put some new bright LED head lights in. I recommend that you go see Jason if you have a lightning issue or if you just want to brighten the world up that you live in or drive in.

Had my headlights replaced with LED bulbs and now I can see driving at night. The difference is amazing. Very professional and through. Easy to get an appointment and the job usually only takes an hour, depending on your car. They do other jobs besides headlights too.

They are very helpful and friendly, and informative on led lights. All the lights I have bought from them have worked great. I have interior lights installed in 4 vehicles and love them. Two of those vehicles have headlight and fog lights and they are nice and bright. When I had an issue with the product they made it right.

I went to LED Designs because after talking with them about some things I wanted to do to my girlfriends car for Christmas, the staff there was very knowledgeable and it was important with Christmas coming up that everything was done right the first time. The service was great and the products they installed surpassed expectations. The attention to detail was amazing, very professional. I will definitely be doing more business with LED Designs in the future.

RIP OFF ALERT!!!! OVER PRICED EBAY PARTS!I bought a set of Phillips LED bulbs into my cars headlights. They charged me well over $250 for the part (can be found on ebay for $35 shipped) and to install them (its plug and play). I felt like this was over priced but my friend suggested getting it done, saying that it was a nice upgrade. I was very pleased with the performance of the bulbs but my curiosity got the best of me and I had to see what I could purchase these for online. I can buy them on ebay for $35 to $55 dollars!Do not pay for their over priced product! I have heard several stories from other people, telling of how outrageous their LEDs and labor costs are. I only wish I had been told before I dropped over $250 for a $35 dollar item, an item that they simply plugged in.
