Great people to deal with. They expressed shipped my part and had my shear back up and running in no time.

Wysong Parts and Service are not a pleasure to do business with. They refuse to make any accomodations to their customers when it comes to the maintenance of their machines. The customer service representatives and managers were rude and disrespectful on the phone in regards to inquiring on services and parts needed for the maintenance of their equipment on-site. I would reccomend going with any other company for your equipment needs over Wysong.
